The view extends to the approximately 30,000 square meter property with many different trees and flowers of the finca and the mountains opposite.

The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Very quiet and sunny, an incomparable setting. The village of Fornalutx has received several European awards for its conservation of the environment. The house is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea and you can spend days at the beach in Puerto de Sóller where you can enjoy all the activities you want. It is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, therefore it is an ideal starting point for hiking trails.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
