It is part of a small village called "Son Calderó" formed by 6 houses, located in a rural area of Felanitx. "Son Valls". It is an ideal place for people who love nature, animals and want to learn a little more about Mallorcan tradition and culture.

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
