Vacation rentals with a kayak in Balearic Islands

We had a wonderful week in Joan's beautiful apartment. Top: the location is really a 2 minute walk to the beach and multiple good/ nice restaurants/ coffee bars. Also view over the sea and the mountains from the roof terrace and balcony. In front of the house there is a large clean playground, during the day it is a very cozy hangout for parents and children, you can hear that in and around the house, but did not bother us. It was actually always quiet around 8:30pm. The apartment is much bigger than the pictures on airbnb suggest! There are two very comfortable cozy bathrooms with soap and lots of towels and a large kitchen with lots of utensils. Also, there are some beach attributes in the basement. The only downside for us was the two single beds instead of a double bed. The mattresses are also a bit saggy. In short, the apartment is really highly recommended! Tip: a stair gate for the little kids would make the house even more child-friendly

Dealing with Virginia was easy, friendly and professional. We had a unforeseen problem during our stay and she was extremely responsive and timely. Wonderful host overall

No words can really describe the beautiful setting, location and surroundings. Everything exceeded our expectations. The pictures alone really don’t do it justice. It was a magical experience from the arrival, driving down from the Main Street to the house to the scent of orange trees, lemon trees to the most magnificent views of the ocean. Every room has the most beautiful set up and shows the attention to detail Elsa has. We had everything we needed and so much more to spend the most wonderful family vacation, away from noise and the huddle and bustle of everything. Highly recommend!! We will be back for sure. Words honestly cannot describe it. Perfection! Close drive and walk to Deia as well. Thank you Elsa for being so responsive and super helpful with everything .

We had such an amazing stay here! Paco is a wonderful host and made our family feel at place. He was accommodating for all of my children and went out of his way to treat us. Would recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

This isn't just a holiday home, it's a real family home away from home. We've been here before and we'll definitely be back. Maria is a great host. Everything was all set for us and the villa's even been upgraded with new appliances, bedding and outdoor furniture. The view is still fantastic, and Portocolom is cute and peaceful. We give it five stars!

Fantastic place for a family of 5 with 3 young children. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Outdoor space is great with seating areas in the sun and shade. The automatic awning made lunches great to easily enjoy and shade the children. The lawn is also so kid friendly free from slips and made it a stress free and relaxing place to enjoy without having to watch their every move. Great location to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Being around the lake also made for another interesting feature to explore! Highly recommended and a great villa, thanks for the enjoyable stay!

The house is right on the sea and is very nice. It has a quiet location and you can walk to two small beaches nearby. In addition, there is a paddle board and a canoe, which you can use. Unfortunately, the nearest bus stop is a little further away, but with a car you can quickly reach the next larger city. All in all, you can have a nice and relaxing vacation there.

The villa was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. It felt like home from home with everything we could have needed and more. The beds were super comfy and we had fun looking for geckos in the evening. The location was great for exploring the island, Ciutadella in the North is beautiful. All though a lot of the island attractions had closed (last week in October) we still found plenty to do. It was a perfect holiday. Thank you Caroline.

Beautiful house, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. We were with 5 children from 3 years to 15 years old, we had a great time. Especially the pool table and ping pong table were favorites. Rooms spacious, with plenty of storage space and spacious bathrooms. Kitchen spacious and equipped with everything. Also the bbq well used! Cool pool. The location was a bit disappointing for us, just too far from the village to walk with small children. Car is recommended. Nice town and harbor. The hostess very helpful and had done groceries for us herself due to our late arrival. Definitely recommended!
