Apartment vacation rentals in Balearic Islands

Very nice house in a top location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week . Separate electricity billing very transparent and appropriate. Raquel was always available at short notice. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That is, microwave irradiation 24/7! In my personal case, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlady, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building technology... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrink that you can't actually sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. The pool pump in the basement garage can't be heard at all. Great! It was not clear why a water pump has to be so noisy that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden pipe has a leak,and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

The place was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace, where you can relax wonderfully, was particularly beautiful. Check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for switching off. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so sometimes you have to park a little further away and walk a bit. The location is great – especially Playa del Muro can be reached quickly and is absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and everyone was very happy with the place. Everything was really perfect – highly recommended!

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

Daniela’s apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It’s in a great location for visiting Palma cathedral. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic. It’s quiet and there’s a supermarket just around the corner. It is on the fourth floor and there’s no lift, so there’s the added bonus of some exercise.

What a beautiful stay! The accommodation itself was great, very spacious and everything you need. The pool area is amazing, feels so private and just so relaxing and peaceful. The hosts are such lovely people, made us feel right at home and were very helpful and enthusiastic, you can tell they really love making their guest’s stay memorable! Will definitely be returning one day!! Thank you again ❤️

Everything was impeccable...very nice accommodation in a superb neighborhood...only inconvenience the opening of the door...if you are not in computer it's not obvious...but it's true that you have to put it on the page...thank you for a good stay..

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Everything was as shown in the pictures – especially the terrace with lounge and deck chairs was a highlight with a fantastic view of the sea. In the morning we could enjoy the sunrise there. Comprehensive amenities: folding table, chairs, Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, microwave, oven, induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of terry cloths. Salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar were available. Super market nearby. Parking directly in front of the property. The living space is small, but cozy and tastefully decorated. Since we spent most of the time outside on the terrace anyway, that was no problem. The lounge offers good privacy despite the garden being visible from the sidewalk. Communication with Ivan was friendly and hassle-free – at the latest after three hours we had a response. Especially nice: We were allowed to check in earlier. We would come back anytime!

I booked the accommodation for my son and his partner, and they came back happy with the experience. They tell me that the studio is very nice, comfortable and quiet. They especially loved being able to relax in the hammam and swimming pool. Thank you for taking such good care of them.

The apartment has a beautiful view of the port of Sóller and is equipped with everything you need for a great stay. A great detail is that it has a parking space. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We really appreciated the availability and quality of the information provided by Anna, especially on access, restaurants and must-see places in Menorca in June. The interior was tastefully decorated and it was as described and well-equipped. The only downside is the view, which is not sea and on an abandoned tennis court (pity) and the noise because the corridors resonated a lot. Despite this, the location is ideal because it is very close to the Ciutadela (10 min by car is essential), the Cami Cavalls, the trail that runs around the island and is just incredible! We will keep a very good memory of this cove with our sunset aperitifs on the beach :-)

Exactly what we were looking for. Relaxing & quiet little fishing village. Boho chic villa. Instantly felt comfortable and safe. Laurence is a lovely, welcoming host.

Absolutely loved our stay. The host greeted us at arrival and explained the house etc. had lots of information ready. He responded to questions and requests within 5 minutes he was extremely helpful with arranging transportation and giving directions etc. I would love to return to this home. It was 15 mins walk into town closer to grocery stores and local restaurants.

We spent an amazing 4days in this cute apartment right on the promenade in Es Pujol.Francisco's wife was Cristina was our contact.She was very responsive when we asked questions prior to our arrival and offered to pick us up from the ferry.Superstar lady! She personally howed us everything in the flat,sent us local recommendations..just what we like when staying in Airbnbs. The view from the terrace is incredible, overlooking the bay and it's crystal clear water , beautiful sunrise. The apartment was super clean throughout,the beds very comfy,(even the sofa bed)she set them up as we have requested. prior to our arrivals.The kitchen had all utensils that you could need,there is a Dolce Gusto so bring some pods if you need your morning coffee. We came just as the season begun, the promenade is lively up until midnight so it's not for those who want peace and quiet . We would definitely return! Thanks for having us!

Bartolome is a great Host. Clear communications and suggestions. One small query on arrival was answered immediately. You will not get a better location in Pollensa - 50 meters from the beach, yet private enough and quite. Having seen comments on previous reviews, I can confirm all the furniture was modern and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The most wonderful part was the full sized roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains. town and the sea. Sun beds, Sun shade, outdoor shower and Barbeque all at your disposal. I would definitely go back.

Perfect location! A supermarket is just a minute away, and right across is the Pacha club if you want to party, along with the Zuma restaurant. Everything is within walking distance. I would definitely book again anytime. Highly recommend!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

Pablo was always attentive to anything we needed. The location is incredible, very quiet area and perfect for parking. The apartment is very comfortable. It was a great stay, we would definitely repeat!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.
