Lovely April break at Margarita's villa - perfect for our teenagers who loved playing table tennis and the local cats! Villa has lots of room so it never felt cramped, and was very peaceful, but just off the main Pollensa road. Access road is very narrow so recommend hiring a small car if you are booked at the villa. Overall a lovely stay and Margarita was very helpful when we had any questions.

We have just spent a fabulous week at Ca Na Ciara. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had every convenience. My son enjoyed going in the pool every day. The views are wonderful from every aspect of the house, it feels very private as you are not overlooked. Astrid is welcoming, she left home grown oranges and passion fruit as weĺl as milk, water, beer, wine and cake in the fridge for when we arrived, she is friendly, helpful and her dogs are a joy too. Thank you Astrid for a wonderful stay.

We spent a few wonderful days at Oliver's place — together with our two children (4 and 11 years old). The apartment was superbly equipped, especially the kitchen really had everything you need! A special highlight for us was the preheated pool and the Jacuzzi, which even in April allowed us to go swimming in a very relaxed way. The contact with Oliver was always warm and uncomplicated, and his colleague on site was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and booked our next stay directly with Oliver during the vacation! Thanks for having us as your guests — we'd love to come back!

We were looking for a place for two families to stay that was out in the countryside, but close to a town and activities in the surrounding area. This place was perfect! There are two kitchens, two separate areas with bedrooms and bathrooms for each family, and of course the hot tub and sauna were great at the end of the day. Llucmajor is only 1.6km (1 mile) away, and attractions, restaurants and groceries are within easy driving distance.

What a wonderful house. the views are stunning. the house is gorgeous too, every room was spacious, beautifully furnished and styled. the kitchen was well equipped. there's plenty of room in the garden too - also well equipped with the fab pool and loungers for everyone! The owner, Antonia, was super helpful and made us feel immediately at home. On arrival the local supermarkets were closed as it was Sunday evening but Antonia drove us to an open one 25 mins away! Nothing was too much trouble. Her son's restaurant is just opposite with a pretty back garden, and the food is delicious! Soller town is a 5 mins walk and is full of lovely restaurants and shops. I can't fault this stay.... would definitely recommend.

We had an awsome stay in Monica’s finca! The house and outside area are amazing. The kids loved the pool, that was really great with a large shallow area (our 1,5 yrs enjoyed himself greatly and safely there)! The sitting areas are fantastic and very enjoyable to relax during the day or evening. The house itself is very stylish and colourfull. The house is not very child friendly at first glance per se with a lot of steps, but after a few days our kids managed and navigated around the house perfectly fine. Definately recommend staying here! Monica is very friendly and easy to contact. We had a wonderfull time!

fabulous finca with fantastic views. perfect place to spend time disconnected

We (3 people) used the casa for 7 nights. The house is located in a beautiful mountainous coastal area with perfect roads, hiking trails and villages. The house is on a narrow and steep road from the village to the bay. Easy to walk to, an interesting challenge by car (tip choose a class A, B or C car). Basic, but charming, decor with A/C's, good beds, just fine! Tip: be sure to visit Bar Sa Tanca. Fantastic Mallorcan map, cozy local regulars and a characterful owner idolat of Robert de Niro (Taxi driver). Definitely going on!! All in all, a very relaxing holiday in a laid back house.

We had the most epic stay at Isabel’s home in the Port of Valldemossa. Yes it’s a hike down a winding road, but it became part of the magic. The home was filled with great vibes and it was the perfect stay for 3 Adults. The Port of Valldemossa was gorgeous and in my opinion this is quite the hidden gem. I already want to come back with my family. Isabel was a wonderful host to answered any questions I had promptly, and was very kind.

We stayed at this vacation rental for a week with my family and we couldn't be more satisfied! The location is a few kilometers from the beach and close to the necessary amenities, but at the same time in a quiet and relaxing area. The house was clean and well cared for with modern and tastefully furnished interiors. In addition, the owner was very kind, very helpful and understanding towards our little unexpected. Recommended!

The place Can Fred by David is highly recommended. The location is great. With a rental car you can easily reach many beautiful coves and beaches on the east coast from there. Shops can be reached in Felanitx within a very short time! As a host, David was very friendly and helpful. He always responded very quickly to messages. For me, it was the first Air BnB booking and I felt incredibly comfortable thanks to him. The finca itself was also a dream, very nice layout, recommended for both larger families and groups of friends. The nights were a little warm without climate, but the rooms were equipped with fans, which helped well. The pool and outdoor area was of course the highlight. There you can enjoy the whole day without any problems! All around from our point of view there were no criticisms and we would spend our vacation there again at any time!

We chose the place on reading the excellent reviews for this property. The host family were warm and friendly who have lived in the area for generations - Paco is passionate and it was lovely to hear his experiences of living here, he was available but not intrusive. It is not a typical tourist accomodation and may not be for everyone. We enjoyed the experience of living on a farm house, collecting eggs, feeding the birds, lighting up bonfires with the children and using some of the organic produce from the farm. With a car, the property is well situated to access other things to do on the island. Overall it was a great experience and Id recommend it to anyone looking experience Mallorcan farm living.

I’ve done A LOT of traveling, and Damaris is the best host to date. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. The house is breathtaking with views and loads of hiking trails, even down to the water.

I had a great stay at Joana's. The cottage is very private, quiet and secluded in the countryside and beautifully maintained. The location was also ideal, just 15 minutes walk from the restaurants and cafes in the pretty little town of Arta; and just 4km in the other direction from the Península de Llevant nature reserve, with some great hiking. Joanna was the perfect host, friendly, proactive and helpful. Would love to visit again.

Gil was a wonderful host. He welcomed us warmly and was very responsive to any need or question. The house itself was convenient. It’s centrally located and easy to get to Palma, Sóller, Alcudia, and all across the north, east and west of the island. The surroundings are private and calm. You are next door to a small, private winery. The house is spacious and well laid out. The bathrooms are freshly renovated and are lovely. Great water pressure! The beds are comfortable. Though probably better to have two double beds. Three of the rooms has single beds pushed together, which isn’t ideal for two families. Also, the two lower floor bedrooms felt a little damp since the island is humid. The main niggle was that the living room furniture is rather dated and not that comfortable. I imagine a renovation for that room will be coming soon. The room itself is lovely, large & has peaceful tree-filled views via a huge glass window. All in all, a nice stay & great for exploring the island.

We were 2 families with children (9 people)... it was great. The house is divided into 2 spacious apartments. a great covered terrace. The hospitality and communication, pleasant and easy, allow you to fully enjoy the vacation. It's quiet and the kids played outside... the pool is secure, pleasant and well maintained. friendly cats share the stay. Bring mosquito repellent. in short, we recommend this rental. We had a great time at the Es Pouet house, it's quiet in the middle of fields, a 25-minute walk to the village. The house is in a very good location if you want to explore the four corners of the island, but you need to have a car. The pool is not very big, the great asset of the house is its charm and Juan's father who welcomed us. He spends the morning feeding his animals (chickens, guinea pigs) on the neighboring land and he is very nice. You feel like you're at the resident's home, it's local, and not an agency.

We had a wonderful 7-day stay in Vicenç's wonderful cottage apartment. The house was exactly as described The location was perfect as it was situated where every part of the island was easily accessible, especially the city centre of Palma which was about 25 minutes away. Vincenç was a delight and very quick to respond to our questions. We look forward to visiting again!

We had an amazing stay in Deia! Antonio was very welcoming. The accommodation was cozy and well-maintained, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The facilities were good, with everything thoughtfully provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The private garden area was a lovely bonus, offering a peaceful place to relax.
