Shabby Chic House in Fornalutx

Charming house located two minutes away from the village center. The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Majorcan style house with land and excellent pool, the house is distributed over 3 floors and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a toilet. The location is good, you can walk to the center of Sóller which is about 700 meters from the house and there is an agricultural cooperative with a small supermarket just 100 meters from the house. To get around Sóller, a not too big car is recommended the streets in the town center are as small as the one that leads to the villa.
