Very cozy space integrated with nature and the city. The house is an excellent space for hosting a group of friends and families. It has a great location close to the three main malls, bakeries, the best markets, hotels, food tours, and excellent restaurants and cafes. On the way to the northern beaches, it is in the heart of the island, between the center and the northern and southern beaches. The house is extremely comfortable, with a mix of wood, glass, and stone. The house is very complete and very cozy.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 3 couples. It also serves very well for groups of up to 3 people who want single rooms or beds, ensuring more privacy and comfort during the stay.

The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).
