Keep in mind the rainy days or the windy days when you are in the middle of the mountain, that and the dog concerts until late, from the dogs of other farms, but it is the countryside! Like the songs of many birds in the morning! There is a lot of life around these places, it is revitalizing. The house's German shepherd is a sweetheart, but be careful to not leave food lying around! If you like, he'll sleep at your door, so nothing will happen to you! Lovely stay in a quaint and comfortable home. The quiet, beautiful location was perfect for unwinding. We especially enjoyed the complimentary local wine and the thoughtful touch of local olive oil. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Amazing place to visit! I’ve spent five weeks in Barbera de La Conca and it’s incredible if you are looking for a peaceful place. Carles is a great host, very friendly and gave me a lot of recommendations. Apartament looks exactly like in the pictures. Internet is very fast (it was ok for two people working remotely everyday for 5 weeks). Barbera de La Conca has lots to offer if you are into sports like hiking, running or cycling. There are a lot of great Wineries as well. Besides that there aren’t many “classic” tourist attractions- it depends on what you’re looking for. One note - apartment can get cold if you’re planning to visit it in colder months like early march. Fortunately there’s an AC on every floor to keep the temperature warm. Overall it was a pleasure to stay in Carles place! ☀️⛰️

Capafonts is a tranquil and conveniently located base for exploring nearby attractions. While a car is essential due to the village's limited amenities, Prades offers excellent dining and a charming atmosphere. Laia and Cesca are friendly and helpful hosts.
