We had the best, most relaxing time in José’s apartment. Great location 2 mins from the beach, the kitchen is so well put together and equipped. When I come back to this great city I will look to stay here again!

A very pleasant stay for a bachelor party. Frederic was always very attentive to everything, kind and helpful, he even adapted the sofa for one night when there were more people. A phenomenal location to spend a few days both in the house and in the pleasant surroundings that surround it. Close to natural areas to enjoy and very nice villages. We will definitely be back.

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

We had a fantastic stay in Valencia, the property was perfect for us. Coming at Easter was amazing with all the Easter parades in the area, which were spectacular. Great location for the beach and the seafood restaurants, as well as the historic centre and the science and art park, Jardin Turia etc. We used the Valenbisi bikes to get around they were so easy. Alejandro, was super helpful, responsive and a great host. We went to his Tapas Restaurant Casa Montana, the food, wine and service were excellent, I would highly recommend 😊

We felt right at home at Casa EI. The house, with a modern and rural style renovation, is small and charming but very comfortable and cozy, super well equipped and with all the details to make your stay easier. Both the accommodation and the village, of which we are already regulars, are well worth it if what you are looking for is tranquility and a beautiful village and landscape close to many places of interest in the Marina Alta region. Great apartment in a GREAT location. Just a few minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants around the corner. The market hall is not far and the connection to public transport is perfect. Everything was clean and superbly furnished. Highly, highly recommended!

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

great location,great value for money

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. The apartment was very comfortable and Fran very helpful in providing an early check-in time and answering questions. Highly recommend.

I had a really nice time at this B&B in Valencia and here's my review: Room environment: The room is very modern and clean, giving a comfortable feeling. Kitchen and Dining: The kitchen and dining area is very spacious and equipped with an oven and microwave, which is very convenient to use. Shopping convenience: There is a big supermarket nearby, just 3 minutes on foot, shopping is very convenient. Value for money: Although it takes about 30 minutes to drive to the center of Valencia, it's really good value for money.In addition, free parking is available on the surrounding streets. Tip: The owner should repair the shower and toilet buttons, everything else is perfect. Service feedback: The Host's response was also very timely, leaving a good impression. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Had three great nights ! The apartment is very clean and really comfortable. The host is really helpful and responsive. What made the hosting the best was the fact that a plate for food and water was left for my dog! Really appreciated!

The large apartment is in a fantastic location for the beach, restaurants and local shops. These amenities are all within a few minutes walk. The apartment is large and spacious and very well equipped whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer period of time. It has a large terrace so you can enjoy the outdoor lifestyle Spain offers. From the beginning of the booking until our departure Angela has been very helpful and quick in replying to us. Giving us clear instructions on how to find the accommodation as well as recommendations on local restaurants. We would have no problems in recommending Angela’s apartment as somewhere to book if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Oliva. We will definitely be back.

Lovely apartment, very well situated, next to all amenities, confortable and clean

Our first holiday in the south of the Spanish province of Valencia took us by car to the Costa del Azahar , in the beautiful , quiet place on the Mediterranean coast , `Oliva`. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Maria , our hostess , in a very friendly manner. Despite some language barriers ( we don't speak Spanish ), communication with Maria was very good. We spent 4 weeks in a very nice , cozy and well-equipped apartment. Everything you need for a longer stay is available. Maria is a nice friendly and warm host , very helpful and she was always available to support us for questions. The beach is 5 minutes walk , nearby are several restaurants + cafes as well as a pharmacy. Just around the corner in a side street you will find a small supermarket `La Botigueta'. A thank you to Maria for the warm hospitality , looking forward to next year

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Apartment has a fantastic view, beautiful pool and nice beach. Apartment could be made more comfortable with nicer furniture on the balcony and nicer bedding and some art on the walls. Walls were super thin and can hear every word from neighbors two apartments down. Had an issue our first night with very loud neighbors but host fixed that immediately.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

The stock of ameneties here was better than many of the places we have stayed during our trip. The ground floor makes access and luggage hauling very easy. Ismailly was an excellent host. The only minor issue is the building door key - it is not a perfect fit and requires some finesse to unlock by just slightly removing the key.

Amazing stay, place was very good, position very close to the seaside and Rosa, who helped us at the beginning of the stay, was incredible! 5 star

Comfortable, quaint & would stay again.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place to everyone.
