Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

Enjoy the sea & dunes! The rate includes parking (± €15 per day!), tourist tax and dune cards! The cottage is within walking distance of the beach & village, has a beautiful vintage kitchen, and you sleep in a romantic 140 x 200 bedstee. Everything is available for a wonderful stay by the beach. 🏖️ Arrival & departure days: Mondays and Fridays. Private entrance. No pets. The cottage is also perfect for kiters! In spring and autumn, you can let the kite gear dry on the patio.

“Kennedy Beach House” is a charming beach apartment, with three bedrooms (65 m2) and a sunny balcony, situated directly at the beautiful beach of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off.
