Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Welcome to the cozy seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee. In this quiet street, just 600m from the beach and cozy center, there is a cozy studio for two people. The studio has been completely renovated and equipped with a kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. In addition, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The separate living space with living and sleeping area is cozy and comfortable. A small terrace is located in front of the studio.

De zomerwoning heeft een eigen toegang, is geschikt voor 3 volwassenen (2 persoons boxspring van 160x200 en een 1 persoons bed 80x190) of 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (vanaf 5 jaar) en is van alle gemakken voorzien voor een fijne vakantie. Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!
