It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

The house has a private terrace with patio furniture where you have sun almost all day. Our cottage is extremely suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Bicycles can be brought along, there is plenty of space and the space can be locked. Bringing a dog? We are dog lovers, so you are very welcome!

Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

Welcome to Holiday Home Mila! 🌿 Our holiday home is located in the charming coastal village of Egmond aan Zee, just 50 metres from the dunes and 300 metres from the beach. The village centre, with lovely restaurants, bars and terraces, is only 100 metres away, and the supermarket is 200 metres away. Alkmaar is easily reachable by bus, and Amsterdam is also perfect for a day trip. Trains run every 30 minutes from Heiloo or Alkmaar.
