Guesthouse vacation rentals in Egmond aan Zee

Gemma and Dirk made sure our stay was comfortable and check in was absolutely stress-free. They were available if we needed help and provided us with tips to get us settled in Heemstede. All the necessary bits are in walking distance including a train station with trains running to Den Haag and Amsterdam every few minutes. The kitchen provides all necessary things and the bathrooms are tidy and one has a big shower. Everything like in the pictures! For good restaurants you'd best take the bus to Haarlem Center. It's a 20 min drive or a nice stroll along the canals. For those considering the apartment please note that all touristy cities require a train from Heemstede. But this was crucial for us to be at rest in the evening. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend this place to everyone seeking a private retreat off the tracks.

Fred and Kelly’s place is absolutely wonderful. We stayed because the price was better and there was a little more room than many places directly in the city. Though we looked forward to it, we didn’t expect to fall in love with it…and we did! Staying outside of the city is pretty great. It’s a 10ish minute walk to the train station, and then an easy navigation to wherever you need to go. We didn’t mind the “commute” a bit, and it was nice to start off and wind down in a quieter setting. The place itself is well kept, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We enjoyed casting Netflix on the TV with the fireplace on in the evenings, and we spent a couple of mornings in the garden. We booked this spot our entire stay, but also spent one night in Amsterdam to experience “city life,” and also spent one night in Utrecht. These were perfect additions to our home base plan. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Vera's who is adorable. The accommodation is cute, clean, and as described. The neighborhood is beautiful, there is a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Breakfast is perfect, varied with quality products. I can only recommend this place.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Astrid and Thijs are fantastic hosts – incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They gave us lots of great tips on what to see and do in the area, which really enhanced our trip. Their beautiful garden is the perfect place to relax. The accommodation was spotless and flawless. We truly had a great time and would love to come back!

Ideal accommodation to be close to Amsterdam and other Dutch cities to visit. We parked at a P+R to get to Amsterdam. Bikes available, pleasant hosts, beautiful environment.

Our stay at this house was wonderful. Everything was spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We especially enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings and its excellent location for visiting Amsterdam and the beautiful surrounding villages. The host was very kind and attentive, with immediate response and giving us many recommendations of what to see and how to get around the area. Without a doubt, an experience we would repeat. We definitely recommend this house.

I was really impressed by the host's kindness. Thanks to the host who greeted us in person and warmly welcomed us when we checked in, the start of our trip was even more pleasant. The bedding was very comfortable, so I was able to sleep deeply, and the cleanliness of the entire accommodation was very clean and great. A great apartment for families due to the two separate bedrooms. We loved the seperate entrance and the private garden with a slide and swing for our son. Lovely neighborhood. Top shower and washing machine, open kitchen. Check-in was very simple and everything worked well, so we did not have to communicate much. But when we did, it was very pleasant. It is really a great location in the middle of a beautiful villa district just outside of Amsterdam. Nevertheless, you can easily reach the city center by bus. Perfect for us as guests who traveled by car. And saves expensive travel costs, saves expensive hotel prices and is still quickly downtown. Everything is very lovingly maintained in the middle of a beautiful garden. A great one-room apartment. DAX is a great host who responded very quickly and very informatively and gave really helpful tips.

We really loved Emmanuelle's place - we absolutely recommend staying! It is very spacious and wonderfully decorated - lots of interesting furniture, fixtures, and decor. The beds were so comfy and the place is very clean. We only stayed one night and it was rainy the whole time so I can't wait to go again when we can stay longer and enjoy the animals and outside areas too. Communication with Emmanuelle was always a pleasure.

Where to start...first of all, the contact with Kristel and Frans was extremely easy and proactive. They gave us a very friendly welcome and made us feel at home. The accommodation itself is a cute little place for two people. Everything you need was there. We also spent a lot of time with Frans and had really great conversations. Kristel and Frans were very open and accommodating. We didn't lack for anything. They gave us tips on where we could eat well, what we could see and where we could fish well. We would particularly like to emphasize Frans sincerity and his positive and funny manner. Talking to him was never boring and always funny! Our highlight was on the last evening. Frans invited us to go fishing on the boat. We spent 3 hours on the water with Frans and had a really great time. We will be back and will bring a crate of beer next time. Thank you two, we won't forget you.

We had a wonderful stay in the lovingly furnished guest house. Everything is available and everything in the apartment is described in a self-explanatory way. The guest house is very clean, the double bed very good and everything practical and nicely decorated. The location is great and a free large parking lot is just around the corner. Nel is very accommodating, quickly accessible and also responds very quickly. Katwijk is also very beautiful, especially the beach with all the beach clubs. Check-in was very easy with a lockbox. Thank you for the great stay. Absolutely recommended.

House was clean and well cared for. Beautiful surroundings and the bikes were very convenient to get everywhere.

We spent a week vacationing with our 1 1/2-year-old son at Leah and Tom's and would have liked to stay there much longer. The two have a wonderful, cozy apartment and a fantastic garden that invites you to linger and was a great place for our son to romp and explore. Both in the apartment and the garden, you immediately notice that a place to feel good has been created with a lot of love. Even a lot of toys for our son were there. :-) In addition, we want to say one more thing: We have already used AirBnB many times, but we have never had such great, friendly and helpful landlords like Leah and Tom. They were always there to help (especially when it came to tips for activities with our son) and there was always time for a private conversation. Incredibly lovely people! We would have liked to give more than 5 stars! :-)

Paulien and Pim's Airbnb was so beautifull! We loved it. And not only did it look fab, it was a really comfortable and relaxing place to spend time. Beautiful typical house, well located because it's close to the center of Laren. Very quiet place with a beautiful garden. Well-equipped rental. We had a lovely stay at this place.
