Apartment with a view of the sea! This luxurious apartment is fully furnished with a modern, well equipped kitchen. It is situated on the first floor and is centrally located: the beach, dunes and village center are all within 100m. The apartment is suitable for 2 to 5 people and includes private parking. This luxurious 4-room apartment with a view of the sea offers: •Living/dining room •1 master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) •1 bedroom with a single bed •1 bedroom with a bunk bed •Kitchen •Toilet •Bathroom with a shower and sink •Balcony facing west with a view of the sea and evening sunsets. The apartment is on the first floor which can be reached with either the stairs or the elevator. The beach, dunes and the village are all in walking distance (100 meters). In the living/dining room: 1x Tripp Trapp highchair, a television + Chromecast(Netflix, youtube etc) and a Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is modern with a combination refrigerator/freezer (with a 3 drawer freezer), a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, a 5 burner stovetop (one for wok) and a Nespresso coffee maker. In the master bedroom there is a desk and large closet. Further, there is a fold-away children’s bed. There are two entrance cards for the dune areas. Downstairs in the storage room are 3 bicycles (1x women’s, 1x men’s and 1 x child’s), a large beach wagon and beach/sandbox toys. There is a private parking space. Pets are not permitted in the apartment nor is smoking allowed. The rental price includes electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, private parking, beach wagon, bikes, bedding and towels.

Holiday Home Mila

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

De Hofkamer, bij strand en duin

Kleine sfeervolle ruimte met vide, het slaapgedeelte (1.90 hoog) is te bereiken via een wenteltrap van 55cm breed. Er is een kitchenette, gezellige knusse woonkamer met bank en tv. Een moderne badkamer met douche en toilet op de begane grond. De hofkamer bevindt zich achter het woonhuis. Je hebt een eigen ingang via de steeg naast het huis, tijdens je verblijf wordt de gedeelde tuin alleen gebruikt door de eigenaar om iets in of uit de schuur te halen. Het zitje in de tuin is voor jullie!

Welkom in de gezellige badplaats Egmond aan zee. In deze rustige straat, op slechts 600m van het strand en gezellige centrum, bevindt zich een gezellige studio voor twee personen. De studio is geheel gerenoveerd en voorzien van een keuken met gasstel, koelkast, vaatwasser, fluitketel en koffiezetapparaat. Daarnaast bevind zich een badkamer met inloop douche, wastafel en toilet. De aparte leefruimte met woon en slaap gedeelte is knus en gezellig. Een klein terras bevindt zich voor de studio.

Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

“Kennedy Beach House” is a charming beach apartment, with three bedrooms (65 m2) and a sunny balcony, situated directly at the beautiful beach of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. Wij heten je graag van harte welkom in ons fijne zomerhuisje. Centraal gelegen vlakbij de duinen, het strand en het gezellige centrum van Egmond aan Zee. Via je eigen ingang kom je in de knusse woonkamer met 3 zitsbank met hocker, eettafel met 4 stoelen, keuken en de badkamer. Boven is er een slaapruimte met wastafel, tweepersoonsbed (140 x 200) en een eenpersoonsbed (80 x 200). Ons huisje heeft een eigen terras met tafel en 4 stoelen en is voorzien van een zonnescherm.
