Fantastic property. Great location. Very homely and comfortable with lots of nice thoughtful touches including fresh coffee, shortbread etc. Would love to stay again if it's not booked up!

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

This is let is worth a visit if you are a family or in a group. It's a peaceful location with off-road parking. We all had a room to ourselves and there are nice places to relax in the house. We were able to walk 5 minutes to the tram stop and be in Edinburgh centre in 20 minutes or so. You can make the best of Edinburgh when staying. Usman is very hospitable and will meet and show you round himself. He communicated well for us and was flexible with when we could check in. This proved very helpful on the day! I would recommend staying here, it's a nice place.

Fantastic property. Luxury feel. Top end furnishings, appliances. Bed felt like a cloud! Everything you need is there. Welcome drinks & snacks a lovely touch. Not far to find local food shops, takeaways, places of interest. Rosslyn Chapel a must see.

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

This Airbnb stay was excellent! The entire house was clean, cozy, and warm, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, with even the condiments fully stocked—perfect for cooking. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of toilet paper provided, which was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful two-night stay over our wedding weekend, and Hazel was an exceptional host. She was quick to respond to all our queries and made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. There were so many thoughtful little “Mr & Mrs” touches that made the stay feel really special — from the roses to the delicious fudge, everything added a lovely personal touch. We also really appreciated the breakfast bits provided, like milk, croissants, jams, and tea — such a thoughtful gesture. The kitchen was well equipped, and the home is located on a beautiful street surrounded by charming houses in a perfect location. Another big bonus was the great parking, which is hard to come by in Edinburgh. Thank you, Hazel, for helping make our weekend so memorable!

We were so happy to have found Jon's place for our stay in Edinburgh. I highly recommend it! The beds are comfortable, shower is spa-worthy, back garden is a delight and there is a walking path just behind it. After days' long exploring in beautiful Edinburgh, it was always so nice to come back to such a peaceful oasis of quiet and privacy. Jon is a great host and we felt like we had a friend watching over us while we were visiting. We were sorry to leave. Do yourself a big favor and book this apartment. You won't regret it.

What a wonderful space to stay at during our trip! Location was great, walkable to many areas of Edinburgh and Stockbridge has so much to offer. The flat itself was comfortable and clean, we looked forward to coming back to it after a long day of sight seeing. The beds were like clouds! Pier is such a wonderful host, checking in on us and ensuring everything was well. We had our flights cancelled due to London Heathrow shutting down and he was so helpful in extending our stay. Would 100% stay again if back in Edinburgh.

Our stay at Alison’s was absolutely fantastic, the location was incredibly central and there really wasn’t much noise considering where we were! The apartment was absolutely massive I don’t even feel like the pictures did it justice, we had so much space! Everything was spotless and the apartment had wee extras that we weren’t expecting such as shampoo/conditioner and shower gel! Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Simon's flat was perfect for myself, my wife, and our 10-year old daughter. It was super comfortable and in a very peaceful section of a really cool part of the city. Tons of shops and restaurants just down the road. We found the location to be within convenient walking distance from lots of the sights and areas we were most interested in seeing! Simon was an excellent host, very responsive and friendly. I absolutely recommend staying here if you're lucky enough to have the chance!

Great three bedroom apartment just out of Edinburgh city centre. Walkable or on a regular bus route. The private garage was a real bonus. Bedrooms all lovely, nice living area, and well equipped kitchen. The various layers of security are a bit of a faff but probably unavoidable. Fabulous weekend in Edinburgh. My husband and I had a great stay at Tania’s. Tania met us on arrival and walked us through the information for the apartment. It’s a nice sized basement apartment, going down steps off the main road to a private entrance, with a full kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Tania provided all the basic essentials and even left us tea, milk, and some snacks to get us started which was much appreciated. The location is an 11 min walk from the Haymarket train stop, and all the buses and trams stop just around the corner so it’s an easy location to get to. For a city apartment it’s surprisingly nice and quiet, except for occasional noise from the street or neighbors, but nothing that was an issue. There is plenty to do within walking distance and many food options near by. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Edinburgh!

there are no words for how beautiful! the location is absolutely perfect. the building itself was beautiful, it was so hard to say goodbye! the host was wonderful and i’d recommend anyone who’s visiting to stay there!
