Edinburgh Georgian Apartment with Private Entrance

JordanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed for four nights. The location was great - it’s close enough to walk to good restaurants and coffee shops but also in an area that was never loud or busy. The unit was very clean and spacious. It had everything we required for our stay and more. The private gym and garden access were wonderful bonuses. Riccardo was fast to respond and very accommodating with any questions we had. We loved our stay here and would say it elevated our whole visit to Edinburgh.

city, sea & beach at your door:dbl/private bathrm

ThijsRating, 5 stars5 months ago
I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

We had a wonderful 5 days stay at Moira’s place.Felt just like home. Moira is an excellent host and she made our stay very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable and private bathroom had all the amenities. Moira had also given access to her lovely kitchen where everything was available for breakfast. Great location of the apartment, the city centre is just few minutes away and it’s also close to the seaside. Moira also recommended very good sightseeing places and restaurants. Beautiful 4 bed house near town

Paul Rating, 5 stars11 months ago
We booked Susannah's property to host a family get together with people travelling from as far away as New Zealand. The property turned out to be perfect for the 5 of us but would have been just as perfect for 8. This property is clearly someone's home, it has a completely different feeling to many of the antiseptic business properties that we have stayed in before and I felt this was entirely positive. The decor is great and the facilities even better with 3 large bathroom's offering great showers. The location was perfect for exploring Edinburgh as it was well served by the excellent bus system with the tram available for longer journeys. It would also be walkable to the centre of town but we chose to save our energy for exploring. We never failed to find parking nearby when required but chose to leave our cars in the free park & ride carpark that was accessible via a £2 bus. I cannot recommend this property too highly and would definitely return again if numbers required.
A spacious bed is positioned against an accent wall in warm orange, flanked by stylish bedside units. Above, functional cabinetry complements the room's decor. Soft, dark curtains filter natural light, enhancing the inviting and cozy ambiance of the sleeping area.

Room 420/1

DeniseRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Kamil, was a fantastic host. As I was his first long stay rental he outlined his rules. Respect to privacy but also sociable and volunteered to take me with him when he did grocery shopping or going for take out meals. His place felt like a second home, and asked me before going into the room I rented if he had to access items stored there. The keyless door lock and outdoor camera made me feel secure. With the kitchen I had my own cupboard space as well as space in the fridge and freezer for my food, as well as instructed me in the use of the cooker and washing machine ( different from Canada).

Beautiful ultra modern home!

JohnRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Our first trip to Edinburgh was wonderful and memorable. Paige and Mark’s home was a perfect location for our family. We were a short walk from the Water of Leith trail which was a beautiful way to stretch our legs and visit a cute cobblestone street full of cafes and restaurants. We had a rental car to travel but public transportation is easily accessible. Traveling to the Edinburgh Castle and Arthurs Seat is easy and convenient. The home was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked in the event you want to eat in. Thanks Paige and Mark for making our trip amazing!
