The house is very beautiful and comfortable, everything was clean and in order. The photos show the house as it is. Check-out time is early but it is stated in the reservation information. Very good communication.

The truth is, I always go to Cuenca because my wife's family and she are from there, the apartment was amazing, the area is perfect! You have everything nearby and if you travel by bus or something you are a 5 or 7 minute walk away, Christian was amazing! The privacy and tranquility was perfect! You can get there from anywhere, but it's right next door!

My stay at the accommodation was absolutely perfect. From the first moment, communication with the host was quick, clear and very friendly. The place was impeccable: clean, well decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a very pleasant time. It is located in a nice neighbourhood, only 10 minutes walk to the historic center. The house is spacious with a barbecue equipped garden, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The host is very kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone who are visiting Cuenca!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The location is great (around a 5/10 minute walk from the main pier, shops, and restaurants). The accommodation is really nice, just as described and they have left a recommendation of activities, restaurants etc which we found really useful. And David and Pat were really nice and helpful before and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

The place is very nice, comfortable, clean and quiet, there is a gas station in front and you can go buy anything because it is open until late, I would definitely come back

This listing is exactly like the photos- spotless, clean and a beautiful modern building. The location is close to several corner stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The streets are well lit and felt safe at night. The host is very communicative and sent clear check in procedures.

We stayed in Aaron and Alla’s apartment for a four-day trip to Cuenca and it was absolutely perfect for our family of five. The location is right in the middle of the city and we walked everywhere as we explored. We arrived a little earlier than planned and Alla accommodated us and helped us get checked in. She graciously showed us around and even stopped by a little later with extra dish soap and trash bags. The linens were clean and smelled nice and the beds were super comfortable. We appreciated the milk, eggs, and croissant starters the next morning, too! For parking, Alla showed us a lot around the corner that had a reasonable price for overnight parking. Check-in and check-out were easy, the apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the hosts had every detail covered. They had toys for the little ones, an air mattress for our youngest, a high chair, stroller, fire stick, and laundry soap. Five stars EASY! Thank you!
