We really enjoyed our stay in Quito at Mildred’s place! It had everything we needed. The building was quiet and secure. The security guards on staff were super friendly and available 24/7. Check in and out was a breeze. The location in La Floresta neighborhood is great. There are tons of restaurants and even a few breweries within walking distance. We had a lovely dinner at the Italian restaurant a couple blocks away. Mildred was very responsive and flexible with our super late check-in, and arranged a taxi to the airport at check-out. Highly recommend! Thank you!

It is an excellent option to stay, the place is very spacious, all the rooms have air, it has the necessary utensils in the kitchen, it is very easy to get to, and the attention the truth is excellent! I recommend it 100%, the sea that is close, it has many stones is not the tourist sea, but you can take the bus that leaves you on the tourist beach is 10 min by bus.

We visited in April of 2025. Having a comfortable space to spread out was truly great so 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms came super handy during out stay. The location could not be better: the fish market with cute sea lions and pelicans, restaurants, bakeries, ice-cream parlors, shops, main pier, tour companies and even a fantastic small local beach with lots of fish to snorkel with right from the shore are a short walking distance away! Jennifer is a great host, very responsive and proactive. She sent a taxi to pick us up from the ferry (you need to take it to get from the airport located on Baltra to Santa Cruz Island) and take us to the apartment. She also helped with recommendations and booking of 2 wonderful boat tours that were the best part of our trip to Galapagos. Jennifer provided detailed instructions on all the steps necessary to board the flight to Galapagos Islands. Overall, Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a success! Thank you, Jennifer!!!

It is a very nice place, comfortable, with everything you need to make your stay pleasant. A very quiet neighborhood, you can go out at night without problems since 2 blocks away there is a very busy road with all kinds of restaurants and shops.

I stayed in this charming house and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, with an incredible view of Lake San Pablo. The house was impeccable and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities. The hosts were very attentive and helpful from the beginning until check-out. Definitely recommend the place.

the apartment was very nice. Just to spend and visit relatives for a few days, it had all the necessary amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, a large room and the room had a comfortable sofacam to sleep. In addition it had a washing machine, even we did not have the need to use it. the cuneta sector with quite a few shops, and squares outside the whole, something far from the city, but that is a separate issue, which does not influence the quality of the accommodation. Highly recommended, if there is a new opportunity to travel we will book again

The House is big and beautiful, The bedrooms are comfortable and very clean. During winter the challenge is that there is no heating but still the house is not that cold and there is a beautiful Fire place. The area is super calm and safe, the house is very clean and comfortable with a super big TV screen for movies. Furniture is new and clean.

The stay was very welcoming. The place has everything you need to feel at home. The Hosts were very attentive to every one of my concerns. Without a doubt, if I return to Ibarra, I would like to stay in the same Airbnb.

Good stay, if you want to relax with your family or friends it is a very good option. Excellent attention from the host's father, always attentive and he gave us cordial and timely treatment. I recommend it, we will be back for sure.

Nice place, a lot of people in the pool due to the holiday, but they maintained it properly on a daily basis. I'll be back for sure.

The truth is, the rating I'm giving is actually without me being there, as due to a platform error my reservation had to be canceled, and this one month after I made that reservation. I must mention that Pablo's care for what happened was quite cordial and I received the full amount of the money paid. As a suggestion I would say that before making a reservation, please contact him first and make sure the house is available to avoid issues like the one I had.

Excellent place, everything was spotless, organized and clean. I would definitely go back, the pool was one of the nicest spaces. Like going with friends, or family. Quiet and the super comfortable rooms.

A very nice place and quite comfortable too. The condominium is quiet and the person in charge is quite friendly, and even turned on the whirlpool on his own initiative. The pool and whirlpool available were not crowded, which is spectacular. The host was always attentive to our questions and our arrival.

The accommodation is a beautiful and quiet place, perfect for rest and enjoy as a family. The cozy atmosphere and the peace that you breathe make it ideal to disconnect from the routine. What we liked the most was the fireplace, where we spent unforgettable moments heating marshmallows and sharing with family. Definitely a special experience that we recommend to those looking for comfort and a space to relax as a family.

Franklin is an amazing host. when I asked for something he went above and beyond and in a very timely manner. the house is in a very safe area, which was important to us. the yard was great for our 2 dogs. the fireplace was awesome and wood was supplied. there are little restaurants close by or you can taxi for $1.5 into the town of Cotacachi. there is also a tienda close by for bread etc. we were not used to barking dogs in the night, but that will not stop us from returning. definitely recommend Franklin's place.
