Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Ecuador

Beautiful place, especially because of the people working there. The lady who cooks helped me finding transport. Very kind people.

We had an amazing experience staying at Patricia and Rumi's home. They welcomed us into their family, cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner for us. During the meal Patricia would sit and talk with us. She was very patient with our limited Spanish. My daughter was interested in their farm and Patricia showed us the different crops they were growing, and we walked with her to being the cows to another pasture and saw the chickens with their eggs and the rabbits and guinea pigs. Patricia also helped organize a horse riding trip for my kids and I when we expressed interest. My husband was able to work remotely from their place and there were several coffee shops close by that he worked from as well. Feel so fortunate to have the experience of staying with an Ecuadorian family.

If I could give them 10 stars I would definitely. The delicious food, 10/10 attention and the beautiful view. Hector and her family attended us and were attentive to every detail. SUPER PLUS : Nanny service 🤩 My husband and I wanted to hang out for a while on our own, so Hector and his family provided us with the babysitting service ( a family member of them does this service) and it was perfect! When we returned one of them had already fallen asleep and the other happy one I wanted to keep playing with Hector's babysitter and family. We are grateful and hope to return soon.

Excellent place to stay on Isabela Island. Ann and Carlos do a wonderful job managing an impeccable BnB in a remote locale - the place is picture perfect and service was excellent (cleanliness, constant managing sand from the beach, and a great breakfast). Would definitely recommend and return.

Excellent location - 8 minute walk from center of town. Very nice rooms and beautiful grounds. Everything is kept up nicely. There is a shared kitchen with stove, fridge, dishes, etc. that guests can use. Nice and beautiful river access on the property. We would stay there again.

The place was very nice, 100% recommended, nature was fully enjoyed. If it takes ventilation inside the house because it is very hot but otherwise everything is perfect

Highly recommend. Place super clean and owners are very nice. Wife speaks very good english and was very helpful with recommendations. I used uber to move around the city and most were less than 3$. Breakfast was very good. Will stay again of i return to quito.

Hands down, one of the favorite hostels that I’ve stayed in. My original 3 day stay was so ideal that I returned at the end of the week to stay for 2 more nights. I stayed in both a private cabin and in the dorms. Both were spotless and well tended to. Such natural and organic structures constructed by one of the owners, Tony, that truly make you feel like you are in nature. I saw comments about bugs but had no issues myself. Just a quick 10 minute walk to the main street of Tena. Erin and Tony were always open to chatting and sharing things to do. Breakfast on the deck was a great way to make new friends and start the day. Until next time!

Patty's place is quite special. She and her family are warm hosts who welcomed us and shared their family history, farm, and surrounding areas with us. Their place was perfect for our family of six. The kids could roam and enjoy the animals. If you are looking for a down to earth, low key rustic environment with beautiful views, this is your place.

Yolanda made me feel like I was at home. She’s a very kind person and has a warm soul. My favorite time of the day was breakfast. All the guests and Yolanda would have conversations while eating breakfast about our lives, vacation, local attractions, fun things to do and more. When it was time to leave, Yolanda gave me a beautiful hug. I have visited the Galápagos 5 times and I will definitely be returning and staying at The Galápagos Pearl again.

Our stay at the hostel was relaxing, and the perfect place to rest before heading to Cotopaxi. The hostel was clean, incredibly quiet, and full of character. There is a gorgeous common area where you can sit by a fire or browse the gift shop. Breakfast was provided, and it was fresh and delicious—eggs, bread, jam, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit. It was also nice to have a communal fridge where we could keep our dinner leftovers. Diego was friendly and had great recommendations for places to eat, ATMs, and more, as well as useful tips for navigating Machachi. He really cares about his guests, and we highly recommend staying there—whether you find yourself visiting Machachi or simply need a place to stay between destinations.

Sara's parents were the absolute best! Her mom is very sweet and her father is so full of joy! I had a really early flight into Quito and Sara was more than accommodating to my needs. Her father even offered to pick me up! Location is in a real beautiful area near plenty restaurants and bars. A short drive into the city of Quito as well. I would not hesitate to come back to this place!

This place is awesome! We spent there increadible time enjoying the great views to Cotopaxi and delicious food crafted in every detail. The hacienda has its history and unique vibe which makes is so special. Raul was very helpful, generous and open-handed. We are extremely grateful for every minute we stayed there! Claudia is a very attentive person and concerned about those who share her space. She is also very communicative and that strengthens the security of being able to stay at this Airbnb. Ceibos is a space full of trees and quite pleasant for walking. Considering that this is not the norm in Guayaquil, it is very good to have this option.

Rosario is an amazing host, she recommended many places to eat, she was looking out for us, she made us a coffee in the morning that was delicious. Rooms are very clean and private. 100% recommended

The hosts where great, several of them spoke English and where very helpful with things to do. The lobby has resources posted on the walls with current bus times to get you to the major local attractions (Volcanos!). The place was clean, the Kitchen was free to use and several other guests cooked their own meals. We asked about bike rentals, but the hosts are so great they let us borrow their bikes. It is a bit out dated, but the doors locked, the water got hot, the wifi worked great, and we felt 100% safe.
