We really enjoyed our stay in Quito at Mildred’s place! It had everything we needed. The building was quiet and secure. The security guards on staff were super friendly and available 24/7. Check in and out was a breeze. The location in La Floresta neighborhood is great. There are tons of restaurants and even a few breweries within walking distance. We had a lovely dinner at the Italian restaurant a couple blocks away. Mildred was very responsive and flexible with our super late check-in, and arranged a taxi to the airport at check-out. Highly recommend! Thank you!

This listing is exactly like the photos- spotless, clean and a beautiful modern building. The location is close to several corner stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The streets are well lit and felt safe at night. The host is very communicative and sent clear check in procedures.

Recommended, the place is just as described and is located in an area with lots of places nearby, such as restaurants and a shopping mall.

My husband and I stayed for 3 night. Hot shower, comfortable bed, good WiFi, a well-stocked kitchen, roomy spaces, good lighting, great layout with light-filled rooms and a fantastic view from the kitchen and living room. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown Vilcabamba. Taxis all know the Alpha House. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Vilcabamba.

Perfect place to stay in Cuenca and don Patricio is a very kind and attentive person, from the beginning it was due that we arrived well and help us to install, apart from that the area is excellent since it is close to absolutely everything, I went with my husband and my parents and all were delighted, we will definitely go to Cuenca and obvious to the comfort and hospitality of Don Patricio's Airbnb...

My stay at the Airbnb house was very pleasant. The house was clean, well-equipped and located in a quiet area. The host was very friendly and was always available for any questions or needs. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. In addition, the internet connection worked perfectly throughout my stay. It was definitely a positive experience and I would stay there again in the future.
