Farmstay vacation rentals in Ecuador

We had a great stay at the hacienda el Rejo! The house is huge with beautiful vistas and surroundings. We all enjoyed interacting with the animals on the farm. Bedrooms were well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was missing a few things we would’ve expected (ie: a coffee press or coffee maker; drinking water was only available at the restaurant so we filled pitchers/water bottles each day), but otherwise we were able to cook a few meals at the house. The restaurant on site is great and we enjoyed a dinner and breakfast there. Don’t miss the house-made cheese! Staff provided great advice and arranged a horseback ride for our group. It’s about a 45 minute drive to the entrance to Cotopaxi National park, very convenient. All in all I’d highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property with warm, welcoming staff. Sincerely hope to return!

The experience was very good. The place is beautiful. Everyone at the place was very friendly, we had a problem with our car and they were ready to help us with everything, especially Fernando, the guy who works at the place, he is a very friendly and proactive person. Lila was very friendly and always ready to help us with whatever we needed. It was a very good experience.

Super beautiful!

I stayed at this peaceful farm with my family and two young children, and it was everything we could've wished for. It's beautiful setting made you want to never leave the place due to the cozy comfortable inside and scenery outside. Carmen and Rosa Linda were very attentive to our needs, and were fast to respond to all requests from starting the fire to arranging for my daughters to milk the cows and feed the horses. The whole staff on the farm is very friendly and there to help. It was a truly a unique experience. There's plenty of hiking in the area and it's close to all the sights of Cotopaxi park. The incredible hosts arranged for our transportation, itinerary, and cooked us some of the most delicious food I had during my trip. I can't wait to go back!

We had a great stay and experience, from check in to check out. Isabel was very responsive to our questions and concerns (power outages in Ecuador), and made us feel comfortable that everything was going to be ok.the place is beautiful, cozy, and the views were incredible (we woke up with a beautiful view of Cayambe volcano). Cristina and Carmen helped us and made our lives so much easier. The whole family loved the experience. Highly recommended!

A lovely place to stay! We were so glad to find a quiet, beautiful place to stay at the start and end of hiking the Ingapirca trail. We were even able to store our extra luggage here while we were hiking, for which we were very grateful. The room is comfortable and Victor Brian ensures you have everything you need and then some. He was also a great resource for information about the area and was able to call taxis for us whenever we needed them. We loved seeing the farm and appreciated all that Victor shared with us. Keep in mind that this posting is for a room and private bathroom in a shared house, separate but adjacent to the Killa Wasi hostel. We were confused at first when the address was the same as the hostel. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area!

I loved this place, beautiful as seen in the photos, 😍 we went as a family with children dogs and we were really fascinated, breathing pure air and being in direct contact with nature. I'm sure we'll be back 😊

The cabin was the place to be if you want to be in contact with nature and beautiful scenanry. We felt right at home and the peaceful environment was what we were craving for.

An excellent place to trade the city for the countryside, an extremely quiet and safe place. It's perfect for relaxing and spending a few quiet days. You can have barbecues and bonfires at dusk, the house is fully equipped. Since the weather is hot, don't forget the repellent and sunscreen

We really enjoyed with my family when staying at Camila's house. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The property is very nice, with ample walking spaces. Ideal for disconnecting from the city and connecting with nature. There is a buoyant dog on the property and other dogs of the neighboring property, all very quiet. My daughter enjoyed playing with them. Access is by a cobblestone road; we had no difficulty getting to. Camila was very kind, the communication was very fluid and gave us some recommendations from the area. The caretaker Jose and his wife are very attentive.

It's a spectacular place if you want to disconnect. Jaime guided us on some things to improve our stay, always attentive! I would definitely come back

The place is very nice and quiet. If you want to rest and get away from the city, the house is very nice and practical. It is very clean and complete. It has a very large and nice patio. The owners live in front and are very friendly and helpful. It is close to the town of Pujili where you can shop, and the nicest thing of all is that there are horses. The owners give riding lessons and you can request your lesson time while you stay.

Elian was an amazing host! The place was just beautiful with lots of amenities and great spaces! The rooms were extremely comfy and the social areas were just perfect to have a fun stay! Thanks Elian!!

A place I would come back to ! The nature around make it perfect for relaxing days! He accommodation is very comfortable and large, it would be very chévere to enable the part of the fire because of the light cuts, the house staff very attentive

A good, cozy place

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

Noi spent two very nice days on the airbnb! The intention was to rest a bit somewhere that is completely in nature. With Fausto we received the perfect opportunity to unfruit any minute of our trip. Lots of ruins!
