We had a great weekend, the house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. All rooms have air conditioning and a social area facing the sea, ideal for barbecues and enjoying the sunset. Leonardo the guard was always ready to help. Highly recommended

Lovely place. It’s about a 20 minute drive from the center of Pedernales main beach. Nice beach house, pool and private beach. Security guard overnight. within a 2 minute drive there is a little market for basic items, like water, soda, etc… and next to it there is a little restaurant with tradicional Ecuadorian food, such as bolones, soups, fried fish and shrimp it’s clean and and inexpensive. We had a great time over the weekend.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the beautiful place of Mercedes and Carlos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the area feels very safe. Mercedes and Carlos are wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I would happily return!

The apartment is as in the photos, even better. Modern, clean, well decorated, and the beach view is spectacular. The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need. Marco was a great host, always attentive and willing to help. I would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended.

The house really has a perfect location in relation to the beach, just a few steps away you have a beautiful secluded beach ideal for resting and taking the Sol, the place is beautiful, where the houses are is very nice, the internet is very good, if something could be improved it is the issue of the main entrance door that we have to get off, open and close. The only thing is that to eat you have to go to the town of San Vicente, but Leo recommended some restaurants. It is definitely a place to return to, 🤗🤗

Location is very convenient, Stores and Supermarket in walking distance. Property has Gym, Pool, and safe parking ! I absolutely recommend this place for families and small groups !

We enjoyed our stay very much although the sun didn't show its face much... the welcome was very warm. 5, 10 minutes from the city center.

We had a great stay. The house is in perfect condition (as shown in the photos), nestled in a beautiful and very touristy place. The treatment of the staff who takes care of the property has been excellent. Communication with Roberto was smooth and we noticed that he was always aware of everything, always making sure our stay was perfect. Also Mr. Jota was careful because our daily needs were met immediately. If you are looking for a property with maximum security to spend a few days in tranquility and in perfect harmony with nature, this is the place. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

Highly recommended, the rooms have A/C and hot water. A perfect place for a few days of rest. It is cozy and the pool area overlooks the incredible sea...!! 10/10 service.

The property has a spectacular view, everything is perfectly organized and matches exactly what is shown in the photos. Ana María was very attentive and proactive in communication, always attentive to our needs. In addition, Danilo, the property guard, provided us with excellent service, being very cordial and willing to help. Direct access to the private beach is ideal for surfing or simply enjoying a day by the sea. We will definitely be back!
