La experiencia fue muy buena. El lugar es precioso. Todos en el lugar fueron muy amables, tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestro auto y estuvieron prestos a ayudarnos en todo en especial Fernando el chico que trabaja en el lugar es una persona muy amable y proactiva. Lila muy amable y de igual manera siempre dispuesta a colaborarnos en lo que necesitemos, fue una experiencia muy buena.

Lugar muy bonito, hay mucho avistamiento de aves y la comida es espectacular.

I highly recommend staying at the Hacienda. Everything about the place was fantastic. The amenities, the food, the surrounding area, the staff and the activities were are superb! You will not be disappointed!

Cuando voy a Cuenca es mi lugar preferido a ir. Hermoso lugar para ir con familia o amigos. Y la comunicación con Claudia es constante y de mucha ayuda.

We had a great stay and experience, from check in to check out. Isabel was very responsive to our questions and concerns (power outages in Ecuador), and made us feel comfortable that everything was going to be ok.the place is beautiful, cozy, and the views were incredible (we woke up with a beautiful view of Cayambe volcano). Cristina and Carmen helped us and made our lives so much easier. The whole family loved the experience. Highly recommended!

A lovely place to stay! We were so glad to find a quiet, beautiful place to stay at the start and end of hiking the Ingapirca trail. We were even able to store our extra luggage here while we were hiking, for which we were very grateful. The room is comfortable and Victor Brian ensures you have everything you need and then some. He was also a great resource for information about the area and was able to call taxis for us whenever we needed them. We loved seeing the farm and appreciated all that Victor shared with us. Keep in mind that this posting is for a room and private bathroom in a shared house, separate but adjacent to the Killa Wasi hostel. We were confused at first when the address was the same as the hostel. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area!

This property is paradise! Everything we experienced surpassed our expectations and we didn’t want to leave. Wildlife- From the moment we arrived to the day we left, gorgeous wildlife was part of our daily experience. Turtles, cows, birds including watching an owl hunt at night near the back porch, we loved being able to observe animals in their natural habitat. Views - This property has stunning views of the highlands and ocean. The sunrise and sunset were incredible to view and the stars are so bright at night! Walking trails around the house allowed for some fun exploration where we saw coffee plants, lime trees, and guavas! Service - The host provided high class service, and we felt very taken care of. They coordinated all of our excursions including chef service at the home. The professionally cooked meals were incredible and used local ingredients. We can’t wait to stay again in the future!

Gran lugar, cerca de Quito, muy cómodo lleno de paisajes increíbles, la atención de las personas es super buena. Para disfrutar de un fin de semana o una estancia larga este lugar es 100% recomendado.

Disfrutamos mucho con mi familia al hospedarnos en la casa de Camila. La casa está bien equipada y es muy cómoda. Todo estuvo muy limpio. La propiedad es muy bonita, con amplios espacios para caminar. Ideal para desconectarse de la ciudad y conectarse con la naturaleza. Hay un perro boyero de la propiedad y otros perros de la propiedad vecina, todos muy tranquilos. Mi hija disfrutó jugar con ellos. El acceso es por un camino empedrado; no tuvimos dificultad para llegar. Camila fue muy amable, la comunicación muy fluida y nos dio algunas recomendaciones de la zona. El cuidador José y su esposa muy atentos.

Es un lugar espectacular si deseas desconectarte. Jaime nos guió en algunas cositas para mejorar nuestra estancia, siempre atento! Definitivamente volvería

Emilio y su padres fueron geniales. Hicieron todo lo posible para hacernos disfrutar nuestra estancia.Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados con el lugar. Justo la escapada que necesitábamos en la naturaleza y lo más bello; especialmente para mis hijos, fueron los caballos. Realmente tuvimos una estancia muy placentera. Esperamos sin duda poder regresar muy pronto.

Wenn du überlegst diese Unterkunft zu buchen, dann tu es! Durch die hohe Autarkie bzgl. Strom und Wasser, reduzierst du deinen ökologischen Fußabdruck, der durch die Reise auf die Galapagos nicht unerheblich ist. Die Lage ist absolut genial, mitten in der Natur, auf einem traumhaften Grundstück, mit toller Aussicht, absolut privat gelegen. Die Ausstattung entspricht zu 100 % der Beschreibung und wir haben sie total sauber vorgefunden. Auf der Farm wird hauptsächlich Cacao kultiviert, dazu gibt es Bananen, Zitronen, Maracuja, Chili, sowie viele Blumen. Vogelbeobachter kommen auch auf ihre Kosten (Darwinfinken, Goldwandsänger usw.). Durch die Lage in der Natur, solltest du kein Problem damit haben, auch mal eine Ameise, Schabe, Mücke oder Spinne im Haus vorzufinden - ist hier ganz natürlich und kein Problem. Die Gastgeberin Heinke ist mega freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat uns super bei der Planung vorn Ort (Taxi, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Rückfragen usw.) unterstützt. Vielen Dank Heinke!

The experience was truly exceptional, thanks in part to Patricia's outstanding hosting skills. Her responsiveness and clear instructions made a significant difference in my stay. the staff at the cabin were wonderful and provided excellent support throughout my stay. I highly recommend this caving experience to others!

Todo fue fantástico!

We had such a wonderful experience! I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Hosts are amazing!! My teenagers loved it as well. Besides sleeping on comfortable beds, the kitchen was well equipped, and we had a lovely time playing board games beside the fireplace. In the morning we got to experience the farm and it just made our day. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at the hacienda el Rejo! The house is huge with beautiful vistas and surroundings. We all enjoyed interacting with the animals on the farm. Bedrooms were well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was missing a few things we would’ve expected (ie: a coffee press or coffee maker; drinking water was only available at the restaurant so we filled pitchers/water bottles each day), but otherwise we were able to cook a few meals at the house. The restaurant on site is great and we enjoyed a dinner and breakfast there. Don’t miss the house-made cheese! Staff provided great advice and arranged a horseback ride for our group. It’s about a 45 minute drive to the entrance to Cotopaxi National park, very convenient. All in all I’d highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property with warm, welcoming staff. Sincerely hope to return!

We spent 7 unforgettable days at this amazing Airbnb in Ecuador. From the moment we landed, Manuel made us feel right at home. The property is even better than the photos—private, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. We were welcomed by Titan, Olguita, Tocayo, and another friendly pup whose name I can’t recall. We also hired Jenny to cook and clean—she was incredible! The meals were delicious and the place was spotless. The horse experience is something truly special—an unforgettable connection with these animals. Highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Quito!

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

Beautiful house in the countryside of Cuenca, we loved staying there.
