There are a lot of restaurants, shops and parks near the building. The apartment is fully furnished. We have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dinning room, american style kitchen. The apartment is very quiet so you will sleep very well. It is very easy to get to the apartment because it is located in a well known street of Quito.

My stay in this depa was just excellent. From the moment I arrived the check-in was without any complication as well it was for the entrance to the social area, the atmosphere and space of the apartment was well cared for with all the amenities that could be needed for a quiet and very private stay, for the location and atmosphere I can say it was a 10/10 experience.

Great location on our way to the Amazon. Everything was as described. We struggled with the dryer and were unable to get it to dry our clothes which was a great frustration as we chose the place for its location outside of Quito and the washer/dryer. Great restaurants, store, and pharmacy right underneath the condo and very convenient.

A spacious hallway is lined with colorful seating options and acoustic wall panels. Artwork, including framed portraits and instruments, adorns the walls, creating an engaging atmosphere. Let's start with Jeni, she is an excellent person, very friendly and very sociable. She loves to chat and will always be there for you. All you need for the stay is money and time, you don't even need the car because you have everything around you walking around. Forget to mention that the view is better than what the photos appear, they won't make you want to leave the apartment
