This space was really great. It's very accessible to the beach and many places to eat. It is also very private and was extremely clean. I will be staying here again in the future.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the beautiful place of Mercedes and Carlos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the area feels very safe. Mercedes and Carlos are wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I would happily return!

This was my second time staying at this incredible home, and I can’t recommend it enough! The house is absolutely huge—much bigger and more impressive than the pictures show. The location is perfect, right in the heart of all the action, making it easy to enjoy plenty of activities nearby. Beyond the home itself, the owner and assistant were outstanding—so welcoming, responsive, and truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. If you're looking for a spacious, well-located, and well-managed place to stay, this is it! I’ll definitely be back again.

Con tapones o un poco de ruido blanco se duerma bien y estás cerca de todo. This apartment was very beautiful, we loved the decorations and the bed was very comfortable. We liked it a lot! And Maria José was very nice, thank you for everything! With ear plugs and white noise you will be able to sleep well and you're close to everything.

Wilzon's loft is in an excellent location, situated in one of the safest areas of Quito. You'll find shopping centers, restaurants, movie theaters, and much more within easy reach. The loft itself is exactly as described—comfortable, clean, well-furnished, and suitable for any length of stay. Ecuador's traffic can be loud, so expect to hear some noise from cars and motorcycles in the apartment. However, this is common in the area. Wilzon is an attentive and great communicator, and he also offers airport transportation if you need a reliable contact. The only downside is the gym, which lacks equipment like dumbbells. However, there are other gyms in the area that you can visit. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Wilzon's loft in Quito!

I was met by a lovely woman on my arrival, which turned out to be Pablo’s mother. She lives on site, and was always available to answer any questions, or to provide help with anything. Upon meeting Pablo, it was like I’d known him for years. Like being with an old friend. Super friendly, and helpful. These are wonderful folks. This was my 10th year, In Cuenca, andI never stay in the same Airbnb twice as I like to meet different people. But I must say, you will never find a more interesting place to stay. The Furnishings, antiques, photographs, made you feel like you are in a museum. The apartment has everything you would need, and a good location, that was dead quiet after 10 PM. You will not find a more interesting apartment, or a more hospitable family. Pablo also accommodated me with a late check out. Thanks so much to the entire family. Anthony

We had a great stay here. They were very responsive and the room was wonderful with everything we needed. The dogs were a nice bonus :) We look forward to staying here again.
