Vacation rentals with beach access in Ecuador

Todo estuve igual a la descripción, Luis siempre pendiente ante cualquier mensaje! El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas, las áreas comunales son excelentes, todo lo mantienen en excelente estado. Atención de primera, la comida muy rica, y el acceso a la playa directo es lo mejor! Sin duda recomiendo este departamento!

Definitivamente volvería mil veces, tienen una energía increíbles todos y son muy atentos, una energía muy bonita ahí. Desde que llegas te sientes parte de la familia ❤️

An excellent place to stay! It's a fantastic location: super close to the main street and a short walking distance from tons of restaurants, the Darwin research center, several great beaches, and the main pier. The place was very clean and well-stocked with all the essentials, and the hosts were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. The air conditioning worked well, which we really appreciated, and the WiFi was great. There's also a laundromat right across the street, which was very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Ademar und Ashley waren wundervolle Gastgeber. Das Apartment war wunderschön und sehr gross! Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet und Trinkwasser stand zur freien Verfügung! Zu Fuss benötigten wir ca. 10min ins Zentrum von Montañita, durften jedoch die Fahrräder von Ademar benutzen. Besonders für Leute, die nicht inmitten des lauten Party-Dorfes wohnen möchten, ist die Wohnung und Lage ideal. Wir können einen längeren Aufenthalt bei Ademar von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Juan was very communicative and helpful, his place was nice and clean. We felt very safe and enjoy the time we expend in Same, the location of house is perfect.

Really nice secluded place, perfect if you want to enjoy time away from noises and people. It is a beautiful home right in front of the beach and the first house to the pool, making the views amazing to the ocean. The house is secluded, there is no restaurants around and 15 away from either pedernales & Cojimies, which was fine by me.

Excelente elección para un hospedaje familiar. Una casa completa cómoda y espaciosa. Tres baños con ducha de agua caliente y cuatro dormitorios con aire acondicionado. Lugar tranquilo para dormir y descansar y cerca de la calle principal.

My favorite space that I’ve ever stayed for entertaining friends. Mariana and Juan took amazing care of us; arranging taxis, laundry, home cooked meals. We are so grateful for our experience at the punta Blanca House.

Excelente lugar, la urbanización es muy tranquila y tiene una vista hermosa a la playa

Nos quedamos en la casa de Rocio con un grupo de amigos para pasar unos dias juntos en la playa antes de navidad. Nuestra estadia era perfecta. La casa esta muy bien equipada, con una vista espectacular al mar, especialmente desde la piscina privada. La playa y otra piscina comunal quedan muy cerca. Todo estaba bien comodo. Además, Rocio nos recomendó una señora para cocinar, quien nos preparó unos ricos platos con mariscos. Rocio estaba pendiente en todo momento. Realmente super recomendado para pasar entre familia y amigos en un lugar muy seguro y tranquilo en la playa.

Un lugar acogedor y muy limpio. La piscina espectacular, los anfitriones siempre atentos a cualquier requerimiento. Lugar donde pasaran divino en cada momento

Esta casa queda literalmente a una cuadra caminando de la playa, súper bien ubicada para ir con comodidad a pasar el día en la Playa

Loved this place, right on the Malacon walking distance to shops and restaurants, the ocean is across the street. you can't beat the view from the 20th floor....

Beth’s place was great. She worked with me to get me in as quickly as possible. It was clean and comfortable. Great shower, comfortable bed and awesome view. The area was quiet, away from all the loud party people on the other end of the Melicon. The only drawback was if you are staying more than a weekend, there no laundry services nearby. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!
