Very cute place with lots of nice touches. Two patios to enjoy, one with ocean view. Very comfortable bed. Full cable TV. Great location at end of boardwalk - we sat and watched while enjoying our morning coffee or evening wine. Owners were very responsive!

we had a very good stay! The place was very close to a few museums and within a 15 min drive to great restaurants and other attractions. The two bedrooms were perfect for a family traveling with children and the extra small child amenities were excellent!5/There were a few issues during the stay (WiFi went out and a small sink problem in the bathroom) but the host got them fixed immediately! I'd definitely book this property again!

My husband and I loved the location and house! We loved it so much we came back a couple days later when we drove through the area again. Lovely town and location. Will be back.

Anne's place was just spectacular! Perfect for 2 couples as our home-base to explore Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown. The high end furnishings are beautiful. The patio, yard and lake view were wonderful. We enjoyed the theater room each night. Thank you for a great vacation.

What a calm and peaceful private retreat! My fiancée and I spent a couple of days enjoying the brisk bay breezes and beautiful sunsets at Vickie’s. Everything was exactly as advertised and Vickie (and Scott) are true treasures—extremely responsive and thoughtful hosts who want you to have everything you need. Plus, their knowledge of the area gave us a great introduction to Leonardtown. So much more to the area than we thought! Whether birdwatching from “the best view on the block” or reflecting on the glider by the bay, we loved every moment of quiet and can’t wait to visit again. Thank you!

Had a lovely stay at Pat and Nell’s. Was able to work in the mornings and take advantage of beautiful outdoors and access to the water from the dock. Highly recommend! Is a quiet, peaceful, clean, comfortable place to stay while adventuring in St Mary’s county.

I had a wonderful stay at Raisa’s apartment! The place is very close to the water and since it is pet friendly I brought my dog. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of historic homes to walk around and look at. It’s also very close to the highway so it was easy to get around. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful three night stay at Dragonfli house. The house was spotless and had everything that we needed. We ate most of our meals out except for breakfast but everything was there if we needed or wanted to cook. my favorite was the sunroom and just sitting there relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited Southern Maryland for a family wedding. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Beds are comfy, house comfy, and they thought of the little things like : a full sized ironing board & Iron, beach towels, good soaps, and all you need for s’mores!Their welcome handbook was very detailed. Our only regret was that we could not spend more time on the property itself (because of family events). Would have loved to use the kayaks and the fire pit. My brother did use hot tub. Great stay! Highly recommend

The perfect location! On Assateague in less than 5 minutes and just over 10 from door to beach. Ice cream, dinner spots, and activities were a short drive and the house’s setting was peaceful. The best of both worlds. The house had everything we needed for making multiple meals at home and the space was perfectly set up for adults and children. Will definitely be back again.

Wonderful accommodations for a relaxing visit to a beautiful island!

Jimmie and Megan let us come early on Friday to get checked in. Approved as early as 11am because of all the wedding preparations we needed to help with. This location was extremely convenient to Mimosa Barn. which was the wedding venue. It is also within 5 minutes of Cape Charles Brewing Company, other restaurants, downtown, and nature reserves. we had a really great time there. Thank you Jimmie and Megan!

this was our second time visiting after 2 years it looked fresh and clean and beautiful as our first stay the house is beautifully appointed with furnishings and all the comforts of home right down to drink shaker and hand mixer needed for me to make goodies to take to my families home nearby they also filled fridge with all sorts of goodies like eggs butter bagels juice pancake mix and strawberries just all sorts of things it really made us feel just like home can’t wait to go back again next year

The ultimate peaceful and restful location and experience. Carmen was super responsive for all my questions, and her gorgeously designed house had ALL the amenities and comforts from home! Sauces, condiments, spices, coffee and teas, canned goodies, dry pantry goodies - her gourmet kitchen was a delight! Tupperware for leftovers, paper towels, soaps, cleaning supplies, tons of toilet paper and toiletries and bbq supplies. Rain shower experience!! Also water filter, and a bar fridge with bottled water and normal and Diet Coke! Beds out of this world!!! Gorgeous patios with plenty of lounging options, everything was beautiful!!!! Thank you Carmen! Best host ever!

This was our second time staying at one of Rebecca and Sean’s VA Beach condos — and the experience did not disappoint! This is just a perfect location, at the very end of the Boardwalk, with a private grassy lawn and outdoor seating just for the condo residents. Lots of restaurants in the surrounding blocks. Our favorite thing is the view — you look right out onto the ocean from the patio, and you can see the beach and the sunrise from the comfortable bed each morning. We spent unhurried hours sitting on the patio in the evenings enjoying the sound of lapping waves and the night sky. This cozy studio was just right for the two of us. Highly recommend. I’ve no doubt we’ll stay there again in the future!

Really impressed with this place. It is a small, one bedroom condo and yet it felt like the perfect size. We had our own parking spot, it was easy to find and was relatively quiet. The best was being only a block or so off the beach and the boardwalk. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautifully updated condo with great views. Host was very responsive. The unit was nice an clean and fully stocked with everything you needed including a very nice coffee maker! The master bedroom does get a little hotter than the rest of the unit but the view with floor to ceiling windows is worth making the rest of the unit a little chilly to compensate. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great stay, very responsive host. Plenty of extra goodies there (beach gear, baby plates and utensils, high chair, board games). Would highly recommend taking your family to this condo.

The condo was very clean with all necessary essentials. We loved sitting on the porch watching the wildlife, especially the numerous ospreys. It is centrally located, only a short drive to historic Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Plan for about a day at each to fully enjoy everything. The grounds of the resort are lovely and a great place to walk or ride bikes. Rodica was very easy to communicate with and was most helpful with all checking instructions, especially with our late arrival. We would definitely like to return.

Bryan is super responsive and easy to communicate with. He notified us of detailed check in and check out instructions. He then checked in on us towards the end of the trip to make sure all of our expectations were met; to which they were. This condo is exactly as described in the listing and pictures. It’s clean and cozy. The view from the bedroom is unmatched. The location is perfect in a sense that it’s not too close to the boardwalk, making the area a little more quiet, but also within 10 mins to the best restaurants and bars. The staff at the condo and even other guests were friendly and courteous. If you’re afraid of heights, this might not be the best place to stay for you, but as I previously mentioned, the view from the master bedroom can’t be beat. That view alone, would have us stay again. I would definitely recommend this stay to others.

Can highly recommend Crystal's condo. She was great to work with, very responsive and her condo had everything we could have needed. Our stayed played out exactly as we'd hoped. Would gladly stay here again if our travels take us back to the Williamsburg/Newport News area.
