It is a beautiful WATERFRONT, newly renovated villa overlooking the Assateague lighthouse, the National Park, the Wildlife Refuge and the spot where the wild ponies hang out! There is a marina right on the premises with motor boat, kayak and SUP rentals as well as organized guided kayak tour, nature boat tours and sunset cruises. The villa has fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils etc. Bring the family and enjoy our island!

This 3 story town-home (similar to a Duplex House) is the perfect getaway to enjoy a day at the beach! Only 5 minutes walk to the Oceanfront Boardwalk, you can enjoy an evening walk or have dinner at one of hundreds of restaurants in the area. First master bedroom and 2 other rooms are at second floor. Second master bedroom is third floor. Also we provide key less entry for all door inside, outside the house. they nicely brought us extra towels, gave us complimentary tickets to the Maui Jack's water park and that was a very great part of our trip!!! the location was also amazing - because everything you can ever want is pretty much within walking distance. the grills outback came in very handy and the children spent plenty of time in the pool as well. one thing I'd wished for a little was a washer/dryer. I knew there wasn't one and I didn't ask more about it but had we stayed any longer I'd have needed one. thank you for making our stay amazing!

We had a great stay at this airbnb. The house is beautifully decorated and so spacious! The kitchen has every utensil and cooking item one might need and plenty of room to store grocery items for the week. Everything was clean and well taken care of. There were a few things that might be helpful for potential renters to be aware of. First, the property is not in a resort type setting, its in a community where people actually live. The amenities are great but they have an extra cost that you can pay daily or weekly. Linens and towels are not included but can be rented. The house is posted by a rental company and they do communicate outside of airbnb. I received multiple texts and calls from the office and reached out to Steve, through airbnb, to make sure it wasn't a scam but never received an answer. It felt very scam-like but its how they do things. If communication was better and they would keep everything in Airbnb this would be the perfect stay!Overall we really enjoyed our visit

My family along with myself had planned a vacation and booked with Steve at his Airbnb. This was my first experience using Airbnb and it definitely won’t be my last. Steve’s property was amazing! The house was clean from top to bottom. The booking was super easy and straight to the point and no hassle. The communication was great and made the process easier for me. The home was super comfortable and had everything you would need when you’re away from home. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals even seasonings. Overall perfect experience and will definitely book with Steve again!

It was a wonderful stay in an absolutely gorgeous location. The back deck has an incredible view of the marshes and it’s very quiet and peaceful. I appreciated the lack of electronics during our brief stay. Kyle (the caretaker) was very helpful with recommendations of what to see and do and was immediately responsive if we noticed something missing like towels or paper towels. Maggie is very on top of answering questions and coordinating check in times. I would definitely stay again!
