Sojourn has been an amazing place to stay. They are very helpful and the place was nothing short of amazing. I felt right at home with access to everything that I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area looking for a comfy place with reliable hosts!!

this is a comfortable apartment. the decoration is simple but tasteful. There were many towels and two beach chairs.

My stay was better than I expected. The room was updated and clean. I had a faulty blow dryer which they replaced immediately. They communicated well with me. They had to send out an text to all of the guests to remind people of a quiet policy after 10 pm which I appreciated. The neighborhood was good. There was road construction on the street but that was no big deal and there was no noise from it. Overall a very good stay. I would do it again.

I really loved this place felt just like home. Me and my husband loved it, so great for us two. We walked about 5 minutes to the beach across the street and had a blast. We will most definitely stay again.

Todd was outstanding, very responsive to questions and always willing to help through the process. This was our first Airbnb and he made it easy. I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Ocean City and this was definitely the cleanest place especially recently when it’s hard to find good service. Price is very reasonable Most of the places around on the street are rented to the families it seemed so it was calm and some of the neighbors that stay there for the summer really nice

Location, Location, Location. Super convenient to be right by the boardwalk. Did not hear any noise when went to bed either. of note- the one bathroom is located in the master bedroom. Super responsible host. We had issues with other people parking in the 2 parking spots but one call took care of everything and vehicles were moved. Us knowing OC realize that parking is a premium and we were not upset especially after making a call and they handled everything. Would love to stay again especially for any festival on the beach!

Great place for a long weekend. The host responds really quick and everything is very clear and laid out!

I wish I could give Three Little Birds more than five stars! Every little detail exceeded our expectations. My three children and I were very comfortable inside and felt like we were in paradise outside. We enjoyed fishing, birdwatching, reading, and soaking in vitamin D from Virginia's perfect sunshine. The indoor space is private, quiet, well equipped and cozy. The location is convenient to everything. I can honestly say that this was the best overall experience at an Air BnB we have ever had. Bridget and Carley are beyond friendly, helpful, accommodating and overlooked no detail. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay. House was great, roomy, super clean, comfortable. Great location, walkable to many restaurants. Great views, sunrises, and sunsets from the various decks. Coffee on the crows nest every morning was so relaxing. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Cynthia was a GEM!! She was so responsive and helpful She was extremely accommodating, making coffee in the morning, grabbing extra soap for showers, and even willing to work on check out and check in time. She gave great suggestions for places to go and things to do and was very sociable. Her location is right off of 50 and only 30 minutes from ocean city boardwalk. I highly recommend staying at her location whether it’s for a night or for your beach vacation getaway! I have never had a better air bnb host!

I'm originally from the Eastern Shore and to be able to come home for a weekend to relax in Cape Charles on the beach was amazing. The home was beautiful, the location was private and perfect, and my family and I enjoyed ourselves. We appreciated the flexibility and quick responses from the host as well.

Great house..our only complaint was the $200 cleaning fee for 2 bedroom place for 2 nights. We are frequent airbnb travelers and we’ve never seen anything this high for much bigger houses even. They sent a form letter when I questioned. It wasn’t easy to see this fee before paying..only the basic rate and taxes. There were a lot of other houses available..we may have chosen another had we seen.

Great place to stay. We had a mini family reunion. Everyone had their own bedroom and en suite bath. Lots of room to hang out. Great sunsets from the deck.

The house was perfect for our family. Everything was just right, from the bedrooms, to the kitchen, to the proximity to everything to the amenities. The kids loved the perfect-sized bedrooms, and the dog loved being able to come with us. Highly recommend staying here, as the home is taken care of, and it is run by someone that cares about comfort.

Fantastic property in the private Bay Creek community that I have to come to love as one my favorite vacation destinations. A treasure of a home that made my annual New Year's vacation getaway another memorable one.

The condo was clean with a well equipped kitchen and all linens were provided. The unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator access, this was not an issue for us but something to be aware of. The enclosed porch windows allow for outside fresh air or an extension of the inside air conditioning. We had a minor maintenance issue and Vacasa was quick to respond and resolve the issue. The bay view shown in the pictures is not from the balcony of the unit but the bay is just a short walk across the parking lot. I would stay in this unit again!

Bethany Beach Condo Review Sea Colony The accommodations at Sea Colony 804 Chesapeake House were amazing! They thought of everything that we would need during our stay. Extra blankets, the nightlights, the luggage racks, the master bath with grab bars which were a blessing for my friend, the upgraded appliances in the kitchen including the huge sink. The water pressure was so strong. The condo is tastefully decorated without a lot of clutter. The view of the ocean is Awesome. The deck was Fabulous. The only thing that would help make it even better would be to make a map of the parking area available as we had a difficult time finding the parking space. Thank you for making this Airbnb a beautiful home-away-from-home. We will certainly try to rent again if we return to the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. From the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Sojourn was responsive, kind, and made check-in a breeze. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood. Our only complaint would be the parking situation. The garage was a bit confusing, and we had to drive around a few times to locate our assigned spot. Additionally, navigating from the room to the parking spot was tricky, as the hallways were confusing. That said, once we figured it out, it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway.

Great location and great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable on the inside. I would recommend staying at this place to my friends and family. Wish my friends and I could’ve stayed longer. Only downside was 1 parking spot and the lot was a little tight. Plenty of street parking, however.

The place and location fit our family’s needs perfectly. It felt like home and the space accommodated our family well. Being right on the beach was a big plus. Highly recommend for families. The hist was very accommodating and responsive.

This was the second time staying at this location. Our family loves it! You can walk to the beach, walk in town to all the shops and restaurants. I can't wait to come back! Chesapeake Properties are awesome to deal with. Thank you again for a great weekend!!
