Fun Space close to Busch and Colonial w/ Hot Tub

Come for the fun to a spacious 1st floor walkout basement just 1 mile from Busch Gardens & Water Country and just 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg & William and Mary. You'll have a large pool table, bar area, private entrance, hot tub, firepit, coffee bar, and free parking in a quiet neighborhood. Jamestown and Yorktown are also close by. The space is part of our home (the bottom floor) w/ private entry & a LOT of room. Not a time share disguised as your own space- and no sales pitches either.

Lovely, quiet, large ground floor 2 bdrm 2 full bath condo in "Kingsmill on the James". Beautiful tree and Audubon bird sanctuaries, trails. Condo backs to greenbelt, within walking distance to Kingsmill's beach, spa, marina, Café. **please note condo is in "Kingsmill on the James", not Kingsmill Resort...there's spa and beach access, for dogs too, but not pool... to use pool and resort, please book directly through the resort
