Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Semi detached, large 4 bedroom house part of traditional listed stable block built in the 1870. The property is part of of a larger building with the owners living in an adjacent part of the stable. The open plan kitchen, dining, sitting room is an ideal place to relax after a long day exploring the East Neuk of Fife. Montrave is a working farm with over 200 red deer set on 250 acres of land. There are also 2 beautiful Highland cows.

Balnabea is just a short drive to Glenshee Ski Centre and is a great base for outdoor activities such as hillwalking and biking as well as visiting the local castles and distilleries. The house enjoys a secluded rural location in a small village but the pretty Highland Perthshire towns of Blairgowrie and Pitlochry are just a short drive away. The house features a sauna, large drying room and a spacious garden so it a great place for families or groups of friends, and dogs are welcome too!
