Our beautiful studio with spacious Hot Tub is close to Edinburgh Airport and only 5 miles from the West End. Perfect for enjoying all that Edinburgh offers, but with the peace and quiet of a rural location. Own transport is recommended but public transport is nearby so leaving the car and hopping a bus/tram into town is easy. Plenty outdoor stuff close to hand if you don`t want to go too far.

Wonderful location with many places to visits. Great cabin with lovely hot tub, well equipment and very clean& neighbour are very friendly too. The place of scenery is breathe taking, right next to the lake, hearing the water flow on the night and morning is very relaxing. Me, my husband and our 3 kids stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to leave. The house itself was beautiful, welcoming and we felt right at home. We were all together but still had plenty of space for the kids to chill on their own. The hot tub was amazing, we used it loads the whole weekend and the added bonus of having horses in the field right outside was a hit for the kids. Will definitely be back!!

We had an absolutely lovely time at Ali's place. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Hot tub and garnden really make the place with stunning views. Easy access to Edinburgh by train and car and also the Fife coastal path. We loved it! would be very happy to return again one day. Ali was the perfect host.

Anna was a great host. From the moment we started communicating, she was super helpful and kind, and offered us a free upgrade to West Cottage, due to a little issue with the booking system. When we arrived at the house, we found lots of beautiful details to make us feel welcome: a bottle of bubbles with delicious scones and Xmas decorations <3 I would recommend the Roastbox offer. When we arrived we had the food in the fridge and we had a truly delicious meal, very easy to prepare with instructions and tasty ingredients! Definitely would come back.

Thank you for a beautiful stay!. Myself and 2 friends were celebrating turning 40. The house was stunning, and beautifully cared for. Everything we needed was at hand and if we had needed anything Emily was just a door knock away which was great to know. This little gem makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere taking some much needed time away.

The pods are stunning and done to a very high spec and fully equipped with everything you need and more. The location as a whole is just magical and romantic and really feels like you are getting away from it all to properly relax and restore. Denise the host was so welcoming and excellent to communicate with before our stay and so helpful with getting everything set up for our arrival and very friendly the whole experience was hassle free and chill would definitely recommend can’t wait to go back to try the spa treatments
