House vacation rentals in East Neuk

We had a fantastic weekend staying here to celebrate my best friend. The house is gorgeous with so much space! The photos do not do it justice! There was a lovely pool and hot tub. Sarah came by to make sure we’d settled in and was available if we needed anything. We’d even got a later check out which was a great bonus. Everyone had a great time! I will definitely recommend booking The Granary! I would love to come back for another trip. Sarah had also left us a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us which was a lovely touch we appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay! Everything was clean and the bedroom were very nice with comfortable beds. The house had a very cozzy feeling to it. We didn’t had the right plugs for the phone charger and they were nice enough to borrow us 4. On the day of our check out we needed ice to put in the insulin container of my mom and they went above and beyond to get some ice for us, really thankful for that! Overall I would really recommend this place. Location was great too, close by to the beach and restaurants and just 1 hour away from Edinburgh

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well-equipped, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Peaceful rural area with some nice walks and local wildlife around. The pool and jacuzzi were also super clean and a great addition. Highly recommended!

A fabulous lodge on a great site. So comfortable with everything you could want. Beautiful bedding and towels. Great showers. Lovely 5 ring cooker and plenty pits and pans. Tanya was great leading up to the visit making sure we had all the info we needed. Very responsive when we had one or two questions. The only minor issue we had is that there is no terrestial tv due to location. We had to use apps on our phone. Highly recommended.

Scots place was beautiful. Lots to do inside and outside. Kids had lot of fun as there were toys scooter and bike. There was colouring books and pens card games kids did not get enough time as we only booked for one night. Scott was kind and he extended our check out. Kids made the most out of it. Not far away from Edinburgh castle which was our holiday plans to explore Edinburgh city. Clean kitchen and toilet and shower. We had everything we needed in the caravan. Thanks Scott for making the one night stay comfortable. You are a star

I booked this property at short notice and the reason was because I saw that it had a good location and also a pool for my children to play in the water and that since I had a short time, I saw this as a good space, but the only thing is that the pool cannot be used in cold weather.... But in terms of being large, clean and tidy and having amenities, it is a very suitable place, just because I wanted to go to Edinburgh, which was an hour away. Most importantly, the owner was very kind and polite. He also lived in the property next door and was a very nice person. When we returned, our cat was lost in the garden and he helped us find it with great kindness and patience. I am extremely grateful to him, I recommend that you travel there for rest and accommodation.

Jen’s place is beautiful. Great location for harbour, pubs, shops. Superb view. Super comfy beds , well equipped apartment . Everything anyone. Would wish for in as holiday.

Kittiwake House is a real home from home, with a touch of luxury. The main bedroom, located on the third floor, is superb with a fabulous sea views. The main bathroom is luxurious and large, as is the well appointed kitchen. Wendy, herself, was very friendly and helpful, especially when my Daughter and son-in-law accidentally locked themselves out! I highly recommend Kittiwake House and Wendy .. hopefully we can visit again in the near future.

Had a lovely few days at this AirBNB! The town is sleepy when the day trippers are away and the locals are friendly. The rental was clean, spacious, and exactly the break we needed. One thing to note is there are quite a few stairs to the main floor and second floor. We had someone with us that had some issues due to a hurt leg. Other than that, 10/10 stay and would highly recommend to anyone! View is outstanding to sip a cup a tea and people watch. Also within a few steps to the Falkland Palace and the Falkland Estate which allowed us a day off from driving.

Hawthorn Cottage was perfect for our family break. It was roomy, comfortable and the sunny conservatory and enclosed garden were a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and there were two bathrooms/shower rooms. The location was ideal for exploring the East Neuk - loads to see and do! Letting agency were super helpful (returned the clothes I'd left in the drawer by the next day!) We'll definitely be back (but will empty the drawers the next time!).

What a fabulous location for our family trip to Fife. We had everything we needed in this property, it was comfortable and communication from the hosts was warm and helpful. It was ideal for visiting family inland and for exploring the local coastline.

Had the pleasure of staying for a couple of nights as a family in Crail to attend our friend's wedding. The house is definitely the best I've experienced during my time using AirBnB. Location was perfect for us, ample parking was available, everything was very walkable and the house was immaculate with everything you could need or want on hand (which isn't always the case with AirBnB). Beds were very comfortable, shower and bathroom were lovely (with good water pressure), kitchen was on point with everything needed on hand, living/dining room was a great open and light space where we enjoyed time as a family. If you are looking for a place to stay in Crail - look no further. Mike was an excellent host, provided all the required information well ahead of time, answered all the quieres we had and responses were always very punctual.

Caroline’s place is absolutely perfect. The decor is 2nd to none. The kitchen utensils were plentiful we all felt so at home there. Some lovely walks along the coast from the doorstep. Would love to return. Many thanks Caroline for a very enjoyable stay Jan, Jo & Nova

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Denfield. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful outside sitting area and view across the fields to the sea. Shirley and John, the hosts, were great. Communication was excellent and they checked in with us during our stay to ensure that everything was ok. They also provided a tasty starter pack for us including the most delicious local strawberries. Our group included a small dog and my Mum who has mobility issues. However, the house was well set up for her, with a large downstairs bedroom and en suite/jack & jill bathroom. The dog was also made welcome, with treats and a Mud Daddy portable shower unit for those wash downs after the beach walks! I would not hesitate to recommend this house and would visit again. Thank you Shirley and John for such a great stay!

Caroline’s place in Elie was just wonderful! We were celebrating an 80th birthday and having special family time. The place was so well organised and set up for a large family. It was incredibly clean and comfortable and gave us a wonderful stay. Elie was stunning as always! Caroline and Zoe were very helpful to our needs and checked in with us. Thank you all. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Kaz's place. It was perfect for large families with young children. We didn't need extra beds/cots, toys or crockery/cutlery. The house was spacious and well designed, with a great garden perfect for the kids and dog. Communication was great. We couldn't have asked for more.

Harbour Cottage was a lovely place to stay at the end of our holiday touring Scotland. We were able to relax around the sheltered harbour a few steps down the hill and on the coastal path in front of the cottage. Crail has some great little shops and eateries and there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding countryside. The cottage has a cosy bedroom downstairs which is quiet as it is not next to a road. The upstairs lounge/kitchen is spacious and comfortable offering constant sea views. We didn’t have a problem finding a parking place but we did move the car from the harbour parking as it is a struggle for older people to carry luggage up the hill. Lynne is a considerate and helpful host replying to my questions and giving clear instructions.

We had a great stay at Helena Cottage! It was a perfect location. Brian was really helpful and was in contact with us while we were there. The cottage had lovely decor and everything you could need for a peaceful stay in Elie. We’ll be back!
