Great price, convenient location for getting to the centre of Lincoln

Had a great 2 days, and the lovely large pond on the front door was so peaceful to sit out of an evening. Short walk to main town centre. Very friendly pubs. The Kinematic in the Woods is a must see. If you are into golf, the course is meant to be one of the best in the country. Stevi..

We had a great stay in the cottage, 2 adults and 1 giant dog, we always check with the host first if they have any size restrictions on dogs and luckily Denise confirmed any size dog can stay! Very quiet location, only downside is that the cottage doesn’t have its own garden, we took our dog across onto the verge opposite for a leg stretch, it wasn’t a problem for us as we were only using it for a sleeping base but would have missed a garden if we were spending more time in the cottage. Very clean and tidy place with everything you could need, would definitely return if we are back in the area. We bought some lovely homemade Jam from Denise for our breakfast!

This is the second time we've stayed with The Swan and will certainly return again for the view from the window, great value and comfy bed. When we are gigging at The Engine Shed, The Swan is perfect and the breakfast is good value in the morning. All food during your stay receives a student discount when quoting the room and if you don't feel like heading out you can even get room service. Great for a one night stay in Lincoln for a good budget price. Room and bathroom were both clean, and view of the river was lovely!

The Swan met our needs and was quite as students finished uni. very helpful and responded very quickly. it had every thing we needed for a night stay.

A lovely & pretty cottage, annexed to the main house, with a delightful garden & decking area. The accommodation was just what we wanted - roomy, airy, comfortable & light. The kitchen table seemed to be the centre of our evening activity (a nice big kitchen) & it was all very clean, with all the required amenities. Highly recommended.

Great little place, Colleen help me with putting birthday decorations up which we really appreciated! Would high recommend this place, couldn’t fault a thing! Would happily stay again!

The annexe was top rate accommodation the garden was large and secure, Toby our dog loved it felt at home straight away, as did we. Alison was most definitely a super host, met us arrival with fresh strawberries and had a bottle of Sangria chilling in the fridge, also she had supplied breakfast in way of eggs, yogurt, marmalade, milk and croissants, truly a lovely touch. Have to say that this has been the best reception we have had over the years that we have been using Airbnb. We would highly recommend the annexe. Julie, Peter & Toby

We stayed at The Whistle Stop whilst attending a family wedding in Bottesford. This was a perfect base for us, home from home. Clean, tidy and well furnished. Lovely little touches, tea/coffee, biscuits etc. Information provided on local area, helpful for a longer stay. Would definitely recommend. Thank you very much

Emma and Chris were really friendly and welcoming hosts and quick to respond to messages. The accommodation is quiet and a really good size with all you need, and as per the photos and description. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Thank you for a lovely stay. An excellent location and the accommodation is even better than the pictures show. A large stylish space with everything you need. Set in beautiful grounds. I recommend looking on Google street view to find the entrance. Quite a lot to do nearby with local pubs and holiday park.

This is a lovely place to stay. Great location - very quiet and peaceful but also very close to the beaches. There's a lovely little wooded area that was perfect for giving our dog somewhere to sniff morning & night. The caravan was very clean and comfortable. Jules was very friendly and the perfect host. She provided clear instructions to find the place, and was very responsive to my messages. Check-in was easy, even though we ended up arriving later than planned. Jules helped me out when I hadn't brought something, and she and her husband were extremely helpful when I had problems with my car as we were about to leave. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back again for our next beach trip! Many thanks Jules.

we booked the whole property for our family reunion which was for a group of 40 including kids there was a lot of space for all of us and a selection of ensuite bedrooms.Mix of rooms, from 3 rooms with double beds, with rest being twin and singles. Free coffee making facilities in the rooms with some biscuits too We had another property less than 2 mins walking distance which again gave us space with a selection of twin and single rooms Holcombe had a welcoming feel although the lounge on first floor was smaller for the group we still had other rooms to use eg the dining room which was a lovely place to sit and eat together or simply sit and play games The kitchen was adequate with a massive cooker so didn't take long to prepare food for the group. there is a supermarket within walking distance and Cleethorpes beach was a 30 minute drive which was a great place to spend the day with the family very thankful we were offered this property for self catering exclusively for our group

A lovely place to stay for a few days in the Vale of Belvoir. I was staying for work and will certainly be staying again. Lovely annexe with everything you need and more. Immaculately clean and well thought out. A homely space, ideal to return to after a long day. Thoroughly recommend.
