We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Absolutely loved our stay myself and 11 members of our family celebrating a 60th birthday and nye . Lots of space very comfortable and had everything you could want in the house . Also lots of great board games . Our 5 dogs Absolutely loved the freedom in the area . Lovely cosy stay sorry to leave but will return

A lovely stay in a very comfortable, well equipped cottage with lots of welcoming, homely touches. We enjoyed going to the Engine Yard and had a delicious meal in the Windmill Inn.

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

Till Barn was a peaceful and cozy, home away from home. Catrin is a warm and friendly host who goes out of her way to make you feel at home and swift in answering any questions you may have. The furnishings are classic and the bed extremely comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked. We were visiting my Aunt who lives locally and the location was perfect, we enjoyed walks around the area and the private garden is perfect for sitting outside during the spring/summer weather and enjoying a quiet drink. We hope to return and would fully recommend it to others, a 5 star experience all round, this is how Airbnbs should be :-)

Wow! What a fantastic place to stay! This place is a little gem and when word gets out it will be constantly booked. The photos really don’t do it justice. Everything is to a very high spec, the sofa is mega comfy, the bed is superb, the mattress is clearly very expensive and don’t get me started on the shower!! It’s a waterfall with plenty of pressure and has the extra shower you can take down and rinse with. Plenty of hot water. Everything is supplied, including top quality bath sheets, hand towels AND dressing gowns. Lots of handwash in the kitchen and bathroom, plenty of loo rolls and a shower mat in the shower as well as another to step out onto. The kitchen is really high quality and again fully equipped with an induction hob, fan assisted oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and microwave. Tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher included. The TV in the lounge is a smart TV with airplay and larger than in the photos. Simon is so helpful with everything!!

just returned from a 2 night stay It was exactly like the photos , it was immaculately presented and all the extra touches such as wine, chocolate, crisps, milk, tea, coffee, sugar were fantastic to walk into. The luxurious toiletries incl bubble bath were a really lovely touch There was ample space for me and my partner and our 2 dogs. It was great to have our own private outdoor space and allocated parking. The local walks were great and we visited several places to eat that Michelle had recommended and they were 5 star. Michelle was a super host and very responsive to emails. Will definitely visit again as we can't wait to return

We loved our stay at the barn. It was so quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we were after. Rebecca and James gave great check-in instructions and were responsive to our queries. We also loved that the barn had everything we needed for cooking and staying in, which is perfect because there isn’t a lot around.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Spotless, comfortable and in a great location that feels private whilst being walking distance from the village, beach and the farm park next door. Well stocked with all the essentials and more. Spacious; the 7 of us easily fitted into the living area without feeling on top of each other. Walking distance if desired (just over 2.5 miles) to Snettisham beach and the RSPB area, but payable parking at both if yous don’t fancy the walk. We were told the beaches become more sandy the further north you go and, although, we didn’t visit all of them we can confirm that it’s definitely all sand by the time you reach Holkham! The next door farm park is good for all ages, the child with us loved feeding the goats and lambs. The adults enjoyed the Archeological Trail and we all enjoyed the Deer Safari. We had a great holiday here and definitely recommend it to all

The Roost is a beautiful spacious, immaculately clean place to stay. Everything you need for a home away from home. Lovely Easter touches made it so pretty. Beautiful, peaceful location with a lovely fully enclosed garden for our dog. Will definitely be back here when we next come to stay in Spalding.

We had the best time at this beautiful cottage with absolutely stunning view. Everything we needed was there. Kevin was very quick to reply, welcomed us in but then left us to enjoy. We stayed with 4 children and there was plenty of space. The log burner was just wonderful. Kitchen appliances all great. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s far more beautiful. So happy and we will be back thank you 😊

Had an amazing stay here for a few nights over New Year's, clean throughout the property and looked exactly like the pictures, would highly recommend if your looking to stay in this area

We had a great stay here exploring the surrounding countryside and seeing some family. Very lovely village you could walk around with a great play park if you have kids. Lovely pubs in the local area and lots of suggestions found in the welcome pack. Very grateful for the extras supplied like some croissants and milk. All the amenities plus extra (shampoo and conditioner in the shower if needed). They were very responsive when we had an issue with the heating on the first night and it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks!

Beautiful accomodation with everything you could possibly need, both inside and out, for a lovely stay. Wonderful little extra treats were very welcome & delicious. Dan & Vicki were extremely friendly & helpful and the local 'pub' in the community hub was just great. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Great barn conversion! Well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Very well equipped. Lovely peaceful location and very friendly host! Highly recommended!

Booked a couple of nights away for my wife’s birthday we wanted somewhere to just relax and get away from it all. Pleased to say that is exactly what we did. The hayloft has been restored beautifully and we wished we could have stayed in it for longer! We had our 2 miniature dachshunds with us and it’s perfect for dog owners too. We went on a couple of nice long walks in the beautiful surroundings. Quite a cold time of year but once back inside and the wood burning stove heats up along with the spa bath (which steals the show) you heat up in no time. There are a couple of pubs nearby one of which is the penny farthing, we had lunch at one of the days which was also very good with friendly staff. All in all a great trip hosted by the lovely Sherry who made us feel at home straight away and she has done a lovely job of restoring the building with so much thought and little details.

We can not applaud The Redbarn enough, it exceeded our expectations, it had everything we needed and more! The hosts' attention to detail was exceptional and very much appreciated. Both Ginny and Adrian were very approachable, helpful and friendly. We had a very comfortable and fun time celebrating my daughter's forthcoming wedding in the Redbarn, it was just a shame we couldn't stay any longer! I would highly recommend this lovely place and will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Stayed here for 2 nights & it is an amazing place. The accommodation is cosy & homely & so clean. Probably the cleanest Airbnb accommodation I've ever had. The bed was so comfortable & it's just such a cosy place. There was milk & orange juice, eggs, bread, pastries & cereals, etc there on arrival which was much appreciated. A fenced little garden which my dog loved. Was so peaceful & relaxing sitting in the garden in the afternoon. We went for a relaxing weekend break & that is exactly what we got, with the added bonus of horses there too. Roxanne clearly cares about the welfare of her guests, as it is clear to see how much thought is put into the arrival of guests, & all the added little extras that are put in to make it so lovely there. Thank you Roxanne & family. We shall definitely be booking to stay with you again soon.

I would highly recommend staying here and include a visit to the plough inn booking is recommended and Belton House NT which is 10 minutes down the road.

We had such a calm and peaceful long weekend in Castle Bytham. We were blessed with beautiful weather which meant we could use the outside lawn. We were made to feel so welcome by Annabel and Barney and Fennel! The barn was so well equipped and lots of space for us all to eat and relax together. The beds, linen and towels were amazing for an Airbnb. A perfect weekend in the sun in the middle of nowhere but great walking and lots to do a short drive away. Absolutely excellent cottage, idyllically quiet, not a sound but birdsong! Saw a deer in the garden, ducks, blackbirds, pigeons, cats, squirrels, doves and magpies. Whole cottage was very homely, warm, spotlessly clean, great shower and wet room, wonderful conservatory; nothing was missing for our great 4 day stay. Only 15 minutes from Woodhall where we saw the Andre Rieu show at the Kinema, and we love Woodhall Spa anyway. Ideal in every way. Thanks also for the lovely welcome pack.
