We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Granary, Brackenborough Hall Coach House

TobieRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Paul was an absolutely fantastic host, this place is perfect for family gatherings and weekends away from the city. Paul even was lovely enough to show us round his farm, the baby cows were a brilliant sight to see. Be sure to book through his website rather than AIR BNB for cheaper prices. Me and my group of friends had a fabulous weekend away, amazing escape from London. and there’s more rooms available than shown if you need more space for a larger gathering!

We loved our stay at the barn. It was so quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we were after. Rebecca and James gave great check-in instructions and were responsive to our queries. We also loved that the barn had everything we needed for cooking and staying in, which is perfect because there isn’t a lot around.

Jake’s Cottage - Langrick, Lincolnshire 3 Bedrooms

AmandaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had the best time at this beautiful cottage with absolutely stunning view. Everything we needed was there. Kevin was very quick to reply, welcomed us in but then left us to enjoy. We stayed with 4 children and there was plenty of space. The log burner was just wonderful. Kitchen appliances all great. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s far more beautiful. So happy and we will be back thank you 😊

Barn conversion with veranda and garden view

BethRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a great stay here exploring the surrounding countryside and seeing some family. Very lovely village you could walk around with a great play park if you have kids. Lovely pubs in the local area and lots of suggestions found in the welcome pack. Very grateful for the extras supplied like some croissants and milk. All the amenities plus extra (shampoo and conditioner in the shower if needed). They were very responsive when we had an issue with the heating on the first night and it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks!

Accommodation in a lovely setting and with absolutely everything we needed, such a well equipped property. We were even provided with a beautiful playmat and toys for our little boy. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Relaxing retreat in former hayloft, with spa bath

LorenzoRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Booked a couple of nights away for my wife’s birthday we wanted somewhere to just relax and get away from it all. Pleased to say that is exactly what we did. The hayloft has been restored beautifully and we wished we could have stayed in it for longer! We had our 2 miniature dachshunds with us and it’s perfect for dog owners too. We went on a couple of nice long walks in the beautiful surroundings. Quite a cold time of year but once back inside and the wood burning stove heats up along with the spa bath (which steals the show) you heat up in no time. There are a couple of pubs nearby one of which is the penny farthing, we had lunch at one of the days which was also very good with friendly staff. All in all a great trip hosted by the lovely Sherry who made us feel at home straight away and she has done a lovely job of restoring the building with so much thought and little details.

We were made to feel so welcome by Annabel and Barney and Fennel! The barn was so well equipped and lots of space for us all to eat and relax together. The beds, linen and towels were amazing for an Airbnb. A perfect weekend in the sun in the middle of nowhere but great walking and lots to do a short drive away. The Old Stable

AnneRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Absolutely excellent cottage, idyllically quiet, not a sound but birdsong! Saw a deer in the garden, ducks, blackbirds, pigeons, cats, squirrels, doves and magpies. Whole cottage was very homely, warm, spotlessly clean, great shower and wet room, wonderful conservatory; nothing was missing for our great 4 day stay. Only 15 minutes from Woodhall where we saw the Andre Rieu show at the Kinema, and we love Woodhall Spa anyway. Ideal in every way. Thanks also for the lovely welcome pack.

Luxury barn conversion on a real Lincolnshire farm

LucyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay. The barn was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the use of the tennis court and liked the honesty box facilities including the tennis court, free range eggs and milk. The communication with Claire and team was great too and when I gave feedback about a maintenance issue with one of the beds, I felt listened to and responded straight away with a call to get it sorted. I'd happily stay there again.
