We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

We had a great two night stay at Julie's place, grandma, daughter and three grandchildren aged 4, 7 and 9, all loved it especially so the children being close to the goats and seeing kitten and dogs. Easy to find and great welcome and such friendly people. We had everything we needed and more, appreciated the cereals, fruit and biscuits. Such comfy beds too and lots of hot water. Great location to visist the brilliant White Post Farm. Grandchildren didn't want to leave. Thank you Julie and sorry couldn't remember your partners name.. brilliant hosts. Judy.

claire and Steve were amazing hosts very welcoming and made us feel right at home enjoyed every aspect of their beautiful place amazing woodland and pond onsite created by Steve himself that was mind blowing the children loved playing out doors and watching the hens 😉 the dogs were friendly too we will definitely be back again can't wait 👍

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

This was our second year staying at the cottage. Like last time it was a wonderful holiday and we were sad to go. That Cottage feels like a second home to all of us. And we will be coming again next year. The property is beautiful and cosy. The surrounding area makes you feel so relaxed within nature. In the mornings we were able to see a barn owl on the garden fence. If you want somewhere to relax and unwind in the country I cannot recommend The Cottage enough.

we stayed here to meet up with friends as this was halfway for both - we really enjoyed our stay just a shame we couldnt stay longer - louises place was clean and comfortable in a lovely location - it is exactly as described. we would 100% stay again. our dog was also welcome there which is a massive bonus.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Communication with Paula was brilliant and we really appreciated her message asking how we were getting on during our stay. Everything we could have needed was provided. The cottage was so clean and comfortable and the outside area was beautiful. The location was lovely with great cycling routes nearby and we visited Mablethorpe Beach which was a short drive away. I cannot fault anything and would highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time and we will absolutely be visiting again!

We had a lovely stay in this barn conversion close to Lincoln, with my parents, husband and two children. The cottage was lovely, lots of space, clean and extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need! The weather was nice and we made use of the pretty, furnished courtyard at the back, which had a lovely outlook over the padock and the horses next door. The cottage is in a very quiet and peaceful location, we drove to the Bottle and Glass pub, (about 10 minutes away) and had a really nice meal, which we would highly recommend. Was a 25 minute drive to into Lincoln and under an hour to the coast. Pam's communication was great and she kept us informed throughout. Would highly recommend for a peaceful stay with a designated driver!

Very rural setting, l9vely village and peaceful. Main bedroom gorgeous, furniture and decor beautiful.

If you’re looking for a special hot tub get away, this is perfect. The accommodation itself is beautifully furnished, and set in an ideal location for walks and local pubs. The hot tub seemed like it was brand new, good quality and clean. It is wood fired so it will take 1-2 hours to heat up, which is to be expected

Beautiful accommodation with stunning views into the field. We enjoyed watching deer, ducks, rabbits and birds. The outside bath is a lovely touch.

We really loved our stay. The accommodation was so beautiful, and spacious, with lots of extra attention to detail. We were very well looked after, and highly recommend to stay here. So beautiful and peaceful and very tastefully decorated too. We loved it.

We had a fabulous stay in udder barn-a perfect getaway from home!! The hospitality was warm and very welcoming. We really appreciated the well equiped kitchen and we really enjoyed the pool. The barn was incredialy neat ,tidy and cosy-a real gem! Thank you Sue and Jim for everything, also being available to answer our many questions with such kindness and patience. Great place in the middle of nowhere to get away from it all. Exactly what we needed for our pre-wedding celebrations for our larger group of 16 people. Having somewhere secluded allowed us to chill and do what we liked. The hot tubs were great and looked over the surrounding countryside. The domes were very comfortable and provided loads of fun. Casey and Lou were great hosts and helped with all questions and queries we had.

A great spot to stay! Valerie and Steve are lovely and we had everything we needed. Especially recommend to any bikers needing accommodation while visiting F2 Motorcycles, which is virtually next door.

We had a great few days at the cottage, whilst we explored the local area and coastline. Christine was very helpful and accommodating as we booked at very late notice. Certainly would look to return again in the future.

A beautiful and well maintained property in the beautiful Rutland countryside. Lovely, friendly host who was in close proximity but left you to enjoy your stay. I would stay again.

The Barn was exactly what we where looking for. Our cars where safe which is very important to us. We where competing at Cadwell park over the weekend. A truly fantastic place to stop. Thank you.

As soon as we saw the Garden House we relaxed straight away, it is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery and birds. Isabel’s handbook had lots of information and great instructions to walk around the estate and meet the sheep. The welcome pack was superb! Thankyou! We slept so well with the bird song waking us. We did venture out but it was great to get back to the comfort of the Garden house. I met Isabel who is a wonderful lady. We do hope to be back again Mary and David

This is a really beautiful place to stay, and Sherry and Irven looked after us extremely well. The area is not one I know well, but we loved it - if you want peaceful countryside, but lots that is really interesting to visit, then it's ideal. We will definitely be coming back! What a gem - we loved our stay here! Brilliant value for money. Such a beautiful location with a lovely view. It was also very clean and it has such a cosy feel but was very spacious. Emma was such a helpful host. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay. We would definitely stay again!

The cottage was perfectly clean and comfortable in a lovely, peaceful location. The adults appreciated the wine, and the kids loved their Easter eggs! The weather allowed us to enjoy the garden and the kids had fun with the toys. A perfect location for exploring local walk and bike routes.
