We really enjoyed staying at Mike and Sarah's - the house is right next to the castle and a short walk into Lincoln. There is beautiful countryside within walkable distance too, and the Airbnb is a great space to share with friends. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Amanda’s lovely cottage. The place is clean and has everything we need and more, location is great, right next to lots of green space, perfect for an evening stroll. Burghley house is just a few mins drive, well worth the visit. Stamford town centre is just 5-10 mins walk away, with lots of pubs/restaurants/bakery/gift shops etc. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Steep Hill. The house is absolutely beautiful and set in a perfect location, charming, and full of character. Robert and the team were incredibly thoughtful, leaving us a lovely welcome basket to start our stay and stocking the wine fridge with items to purchase from the wine shop. The lady in the shop was also very helpful and friendly, adding to the warm atmosphere. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. While the WiFi was unreliable, it wasn’t a major issue for us, just a minor inconvenience at times. We would highly recommend Steep Hill to couples or families with older children. We brought our 2-year-old, who had a great time exploring, though the property isn’t particularly toddler-friendly due to steep stairs, a very slippery bathtub, and some tools around the garden where work is ongoing. Throughout the booking process, Robert was incredibly communicative. A great place to stay!

It was a fabulous little house with a great quirky private yard at the back that captures the sun in the evening. Lovely to sit and have a cuppa listening to the birds. Very charming and peaceful. Short walk from the city centre and steep hill.very clean and tidy. Very private too. Great place Lucy is easy to communicate with .

Fantastic place to stay the location was just what we needed for the Center of Lincoln. Host was more than helpful would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return

Rebecca’s place is stylish and full of character. We had such a wonderful stay and can’t ask for it to be any more perfect. The place is cosy, practical and the beds are so comfortable. It is couple of minutes walk into lovely Stamford. We loved every moment of our stay. Will definitely be back!

Ticked all the boxes while working away with the lads four of us found this place just perfect. Clean bedding and towels and a well equipped kitchen and sky Q too. Suzanne was responded to messages and is a great host

Lovely, clean house only a 4 minute drive to Cleethorpes. Perfect for me, my friends and the children. All 7 of us stayed here yet the house still felt spacious. The shop a few doors up sold everything you needed and there was an Asda just a short drive away. We didn't have any bath towels but that may of been a miscommunication between myself and the owner, so worth checking but John the owner was extremely accommodating, very helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be returning.

A great stay in Daniel's home. He was very relaxed about folk sharing his space which pit us at our ease. Very comfortable bed so we both slept really well. We took two tours of Lincoln; the second was a ghost tour which was fun.

Booked two of Anna's houses for staff working in the area. They thought the house had everything they needed home from home. Would defiantly book again if we are working in the area again.

Great location and house. Walking distance to both Burghley and Stamford shops/ restaurants. Only one free parking space but large car park next door, a few steps away. All day ticket £5 or you can book a slightly cheaper weekly car park ticket in advance, Mon- Fri or Mon-Sat, Sunday and bank holidays free. House was lovely and beautifully decorated. The small outside seating area was extremely well landscaped to provide unexpected privacy. The welcome basket provided was a nice touch. All in all a great place to stay.

This is a great find- very clean and perfectly well appointed! It’s down a street which was very quiet and felt very safe! Five minutes walk into town! Mirrors and hooks galore was very pleasing to my wife! You can always tell a good find when you walk in and it smells nice!!

Beautiful house, had issues with the hob but was sorted straight away with no issues. Would definitely use again.

Very good and accommodating host. Easy to find good facilities and allowed dogs which was a great help for us.

Lovely stay in Lincoln, beautiful, well equipped house a short walk from the bailgate with Kamila’s art in every room. Parking on street was tricky as stayed on a Saturday night. Bathroom is downstairs.
