Oak Cottage, optional hot tub.

VanessaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Forestry Cottage. Hot tub, open fire, dog friendly

DebbieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed at forestry cottage for the weekend for my mums 70th birthday. The cottage was so homely and comfortable and a really good size for 7 people. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive, little touches like doggy treats and supplies (we bought our family dog) and balloons, party poppers and a happy birthday banner was left for my mum which was a really nice touch! The cottage is set in the most beautiful/peaceful place with decent walks around the lake. All in all we had a very lovely stay, would 100% recommend.

The Woodpecker Tree Temple - Private Hot Tub

KirstenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Had a lovely stay at the Woodpecker cabin! It was really a peaceful stay, with beautiful surroundings and the contactless check-in added to this secluded feeling. We managed to see lots of wildlife (barn owls, pheasants, hares etc) and enjoyed the relaxation in front of the firepit and in the hot tub!

Beautiful cottage hideaway with Hot Tub

CaraghRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This was our second year staying at the cottage. Like last time it was a wonderful holiday and we were sad to go. That Cottage feels like a second home to all of us. And we will be coming again next year. The property is beautiful and cosy. The surrounding area makes you feel so relaxed within nature. In the mornings we were able to see a barn owl on the garden fence. If you want somewhere to relax and unwind in the country I cannot recommend The Cottage enough.

Property has private sunny courtyard with super hot tub - very welcome after long country walks .

2 Bedroom cottage next to Viking Way, Linc's Wolds

DawidRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We wanted to unwind and get away from the city and that's exactly what we got. It's a beautiful location, the house was specious and had some nice surprises. We found a lot of old school toys and a great selection of books for children for our little one to be entertained most of the day. it was very much appreciated. the host came by to say hi and was very kind. the leaflets and instructions left in the house were invaluable. She was also lovely to communicate via messages. Very much recommended.

Dunster Lodge Cottage

lisaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lovely homely cottage a short drive from Lincoln. Peter the host was very responsive and communicated well with us throughout. We were allowed access 2 hours earlier than the allotted time which was great. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay including a welcome pack of breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausages, milk, bread butter and Peter’s own home made honey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the wood burning stove and the outdoor area where we could watch the rabbits and pheasants every day. I would recommend this delightful cottage to anyone coming to beautiful Lincoln. There is so much to see and do!!

What a fantastic place. Beautiful location and completely peaceful. It was lovely to sit out on the patio in the evening with the sun setting. The perfect place from which to explore the wider area, unfortunately I didn't have chance to but would love to return one day and do so. The inside is completely as expected and has everything you would need to be self-sufficient.

Cathedral Quarter / Sleeps 8

BeverlyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Booked this house for a 50th birthday gathering of ladies who met at Uni 32 years ago. Lincoln was halfway between Norwich & Manchester & a friend was over from NZ. We didn't know much about Lincoln but loved it. Quirky shops and great walks. Most time spent at the cathedral, castle, Steep Hill, afternoon tea at the Hilton & amazing Thai dinner nearby. The house was perfect for our needs. Parking wasn't an issue at the Lawn opposite. Great selection of games. Although kitchen small it wasn't an issue. Thanks for a wonderful stay & I'm sure we will be back with own families.

A beautiful and very cosy cottage in a lovely little village. Elizabeth was fantastic from the moment of booking, really friendly and helpful. The hamper was a really nice touch and bringing treats for the dogs was very thoughtful, they definitely approved! Ample parking, very easy to check in. The cottage was absolutely immaculate. Reclining sofas, very comfortable beds, a great shower. Well equipped kitchen. The garden was perfect for our dogs. There was not one single fault with our stay and I was rather sad to leave! We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you so much 💕

Amy was friendly and helpful. Felt at home as place was warm and cosy. Tight spiral staircase to bedrooms which was a novelty... kept puppies downstairs as they didn't like it! 😁 Tesco food delivered OK. Everything is spotlessly clean. TV awesome and sofa very comfy but need to roll out as it's low.... OK for young fit people 😆 Enjoyed the stay even though we were in middle of stormy winds etc. Garden is perfect and secure for doggies 🐕 and location is peaceful. Thanks Amy 🤗

Broadwater Cottage holiday home on Norfolk coast

PaulRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Jaynes cottage is beautiful and peaceful. We did have a 5 minute wake up call from a donkey each morning in a field behind . Really missed it when we got home . We were a family of 3 and 2 dogs and we enjoyed the extra space the cottage gave us . The White Horse pub close by has just been taken over by new owners and is lovely . We ate there a few nights and lunch before we travelled home . We popped in every night for a drink as it was so accessible. We had a lovely time as did the dogs . Thank you Jayne for your hospitality.

MeganRating, 5 stars14 months ago
Was lovely and clean although odd bits like under beds and walls had a few marks but nothing that would put me off staying there again. Really comfy and clean beds I have a 2 year old and she usually wakes up in the night to get in my bed but while we stayed here she stayed in her own room all night as I think the bed was comfier than hers at home 🤣 brilliant location as really quite but abit of a walk for little ones, and the hot tub was really clean and brilliant touch!

Park Cottage, The Fring Estate

SarahRating, 5 stars54 months ago
We had a wonderful break at Fring, which is nestled in the North Norfolk country side, the only neighbours were the sheep and pheasants. Beautiful autumnal walks over the fields and Peddar’s Way. Only a few miles from Thornham and the sandy beaches. The house is spacious warm and gives lots of space for 6 guests to enjoy their stay at Fring. I would definitely return in the near future. A peaceful location and yet not far from the beaches.
