Till Barn was a peaceful and cozy, home away from home. Catrin is a warm and friendly host who goes out of her way to make you feel at home and swift in answering any questions you may have. The furnishings are classic and the bed extremely comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked. We were visiting my Aunt who lives locally and the location was perfect, we enjoyed walks around the area and the private garden is perfect for sitting outside during the spring/summer weather and enjoying a quiet drink. We hope to return and would fully recommend it to others, a 5 star experience all round, this is how Airbnbs should be :-)

Another short stay in this comfortable and practical accommodation. The hosts are very friendly and the location is great for local visits and also for a daily dog walk.

Another great stay at Carol’s place. On a Friday evening the local ice cream van comes to the cul-de-sac about 6pm, it’s something we always look forward to.

Great place to stay, the bed was very comfy. Stephanie was very good with communication. The location was perfect for us all amenities just a short walk away. There were plenty of restaurants close by. We would definitely stay again.

Two of us had a cosy stay in the annexe with our doggy. It was peaceful and relaxing and the hot tub under the stars was lovely. Would also highly recommend a massage from Mandy.

Jon and sue are lovely people the room was spotless the breakfast was lovely they go above and beyond it’s great for a little getaway I’ll definitely be back as it was faultless and exceeded our expectations

We had a short stay over Christmas and loved it. The property was stunning and had everything we needed. Britta couldn't have been more helpful. We would highly recommend the Hideaway.

The accommodation is beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Plenty of good off road parking and a secure safe garden. The hosts are available if any queries arise and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

We had a great stay here whilst in the area for the Boston marathon. The property was as described and we felt both that Kevin was on hand should we need anything but also that we had complete privacy. Being able to return for a quick shower after the race (after check out time) was much appreciated too. thank you!

Sarah is a really lovely and welcoming host. Nothing is too much trouble. We were left to our own devices but Sarah was on hand if we needed anything. The Garden Room is on a quiet close and feels private. It was lovely to sit in the conservatory overlooking the gardens with my morning cuppa. It’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Although we were travelling during our stay I know that it’s just a short walk to town with the nearby delicatessen and a wide variety of places to eat. It’s also close to Westgate Fields and Hubbard’s Hills for a spot of natural beauty. We would recommend Sarah’s Garden Room to other visitors.

A charming little retreat, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed. I couldn’t fault this place, it has been thoughtfully designed to offer everything you could possibly need with thoughtful extras such as tea bags and coffee, olive oil, and good quality toiletries. Vikki and her daughter were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. Thank you.

A compact space with a super comfy bed- quiet yet a short distance from the town centre

Really handy location when competing at Arena UK, it was beautiful, very private and a lovely location with more than enough space for us. We wish we could have stayed longer! Dog friendly was such a bonus too and we loved sitting out in the garden. Thanks very much will definitely come again

Lovely quiet venue, compact but practical. Margaret was always available via message and to hand if we needed anything but gave us space and privacy. we will definatly be back!

this was my first time using air b&b and I was really impressed. I stayed with my 5 year old and my parents. We had one day in skegness which is 50 mins away and then the second day in Lincoln which is 15 mins away. The house was super clean and modern with lovely decor and had everything you need. My little boy especially loved the board games that suzi kept in the cupboard which I thought was a nice touch. suzi also popped some milk in the fridge for us for when we checked in so we could have a brew. messages were responded to very quickly. would definitely stay again. thanks Lauren xx

visiting family in the area and what a great place from the local history of Mrs Horton and cleanliness to the welcome for ar basil the hound will definitely be back excellent
