Thank you Sam for our lovely stay in your caravan. Our favourite stay at Tattershall so far. We absolutely loved being able to fish off the private deck and the hot tub was glorious. What an amazing location! The caravan was kitted out with everything we needed for the perfect home from Home stay. Comfy beds and bedding - good shower, smart TV, board games and books, DVD player with loads of DVDs. Sam even left some welcome gifts for us all including a bottle of wine, milk, sauces, sweet treats and squash etc. We would love to be able to return in the near future. Thanks for having us! Xx

Amazing stay from start to finish. This property has something to do for everyone, if you’re staying in or going for a walk you can’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

Marc, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. He ensured we had all the necessary information prior to arrival. There was an issue with the first bathroom toilet, however Marc immediately offered for someone to come and have a look at it. The place was very peaceful and had a beautiful setting. It was cosy and we felt right at home! We only stayed for one night but we will definitely be returning! Lovely place and beautiful surroundings Thankyou!

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

Rabbit Retreat was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed for a great stay in a peaceful location. Lovely lawned area with garden furniture and the hot tub was the icing on the cake 😊. Jeanette was very helpful and responded quickly to messages. We would definitely recommend a stay here snd hope to return later this summer.

Jean is a great host- very welcoming, clear instructions and interesting local recommendations. Waterside Retreat is in a smashing location, right on the small lake, close to the country club. The lodge is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your holidays and more. We also used the gym- it was well equipped, had a delicious Sunday roast at the country club and walked the dog along the nature trail and to Tydd St Giles- surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful. Uber-eats delivered to our lodge, no problem. Also, it was an easy 1 hour drive to Cambridge to soak up some culture. Overall a great Easter break, in a fabulous lodge.

We had an amazing stay at Michael's Airbnb over the weekend, enjoying a perfect staycation! The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, accommodating all 11 of us with ease. It was ideal for families, with thoughtful amenities for kids, parents, and even babies. We loved the privacy the property provided—perfect for our karaoke sessions that lasted well into the night! The layout was perfect, with plenty of bathrooms for convenience, and two cozy living rooms that suited both adults and children. The kitchen was stunning—well-equipped and aesthetically pleasing. While the heated pool was a great feature, the rainy weather kept us indoors. Nonetheless, we still made use of the BBQ grill and hoping to come back in the summer to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Michael was an outstanding host—welcoming, generous, and friendly. He was responsive to our queries and prompt with replies. Overall, we had an unforgettable and fun experience!

Alison’s place is a great home away from home. Very spacious, clean, the kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is beautiful. The driveway has plenty of space for parking and the area is peaceful. Alison has a great folder of local recommendations and information about the house which was really useful. I would definitely recommend Alison’s place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

Close to amenities. Sarah was a very attentive host and sorted any problems we had quickly and effectively.

Lovely homely cottage a short drive from Lincoln. Peter the host was very responsive and communicated well with us throughout. We were allowed access 2 hours earlier than the allotted time which was great. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay including a welcome pack of breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausages, milk, bread butter and Peter’s own home made honey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the wood burning stove and the outdoor area where we could watch the rabbits and pheasants every day. I would recommend this delightful cottage to anyone coming to beautiful Lincoln. There is so much to see and do!!

Lovely host who reached out before our stay to ask if we needed the sofa bed, which we did. Suzanne made sure it was made for us. Suzanne also gave us clear instructions on where to park, at a nearby car park for when the permit parking was in use.

15 minute drive to the auditorium where we were working for the week. Comfy bed, good shower, plenty of parking. 4 double beds, 4 sets of keys so we could come and go as we please. No complaints from us. Great everything. Thanks very much.

Great visit will definitely be staying again

Our 4th stay here and loved it once again! Perfect location to enjoy this incredible part of the country. House is great as always and Sophie was on hand to help when needed. Already booked to come back later this year!

We were there for work and the place was comfortable, had everything we needed. Overall a great stay, convenient location with a responsive host, will be happy to stay here again if we are back in the area next time.

A great place to stay which ticked all our boxes. Good parking , peaceful area , good size rooms , lovely garden. A short drive to Cleethorpes, going through lovely villages to get there. Deborah was great with answering my questions . Definitely will return

Lovely large property that was spotlessly clean. The location was ideal as it was only a 5 minute walk to the hospital. There was plenty of information in the property on where to eat, which was very useful as we had never been to the area before. Will stay again when next visiting

Anne’s place is the perfect home from home, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. You have everything you need and more to be fair. Hot tub in the garden, we travelled with our dog and she had a secure garden area at the rear. Highly recommend this house for those looking to have a relaxing place to stay.

Szymon's place is a lovely neat and clean house in a peaceful housing estate away from the hustle and bustle, but not too far to walk to anywhere. He's a very attentive and helpful host. The thoughtful welcome goodies were much appreciated too. Thank you for making us feel at home 😊

We recently stayed for 4 weeks as our house was being renovated. The house is fantastic great garden and great sunny room in the morning / early afternoon at the back of the house. Owners are great super responsive, super clean when we arrived. Would strongly recommend. Great dog walking in sturton. Thanks Elly and Ernie just what we needed

Elaine could not do enough to make my Mum and Dads stay more comfortable. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. The place is cosy yet has a unique twist. My Dad is a big fan of the reclining seats! The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet get away with a top notch garden. Thanks Elaine!

We had a lovely stay in Cleethorpes for a friends birthday. The house was perfect for our size family of 2 adults and 2 children. We paid a little more than we thought we would for the area but it was worth it for this property. Glad to have off-road parking and also in a quiet street. House was new and clean and clutter free with plenty of wardrobe space. Bedrooms were large and bathrooms new and spotless. Kitchen was immaculate with good equipment. Nice to have a little outside area too when the sun shines! Close to the beach and amenities which is super easy for the kids. Keith was super responsive and helpful and kindly left us a really sweet box of goodies to enjoy which went down well with the kiddies and adults! Would stay again if we come back.
