Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Louisville

We loved Jessica's place for our four night stay in Louisville. The studio is bright, spacious and beautifully decorated. Well provisioned with everything you need for your stay, and within easy walking distance of NuLu. Highly recommend Locals Pizza & Grocery Store which is right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

This place was exactly as described, an amazing location, and lovely condo. I was able to park across the street and walk for the week. Museums, distilleries, and SUCH good dining! I recommend O'Shea's where the family will learn your name and give you a handshake to start your tab, Trolley de'Ville for a city tour and a walking stop at Churchill Downs. I only had time enough for the Frazier Museum, but pace yourself, the photography installation on the third floor is worth strolling slowly! I could go on and on, but I recommend this stay. The condo was cool and welcoming every time we rested from our day, quickly feeling like home. I miss it already and we have a list of things we'd like to go back and do. So much history in Louisville!

Had a great stay in Lousiville, glad they provide parking. It's a lifesaver!

Leah was always responsive. If there were any issues, she would take care of it immediately. The place was very close to the Norton Pavillion hospital, walkable if we wanted to. We’d stay here again!!!
