Loft vacation rentals in Downtown, Louisville

Ishaan is always responsive. I had a couple of questions over my 4-night stay, and he got back to me helpfully and immediately. I LOVE the convenience and proximity to Bellarmine. The apartment is quite roomy with a nice, sunny porch. Definitely would come again!

my spouse and 2 preteen kids stayed at Tyler's for several nights. Nice location situated off a semi busy street in a walkable neighborhood. Great spot to use as a base to explore Louisville by car. Having 2 bathrooms, 2 tvs, kitchen, laundry, separate master br, kitchen, balcony were great for a family. The parking space is a tight fit, however, I managed to squeeze my rx350 in. The stairs up to the master bedroom are something to consider if you're one with balance issues as it's a steep spiral. The surrounding businesses and the one below are calm/quiet. The unit was clean enough to be comfortable, however could use a good thorough once over to get the spots that even we fail to keep up on at home. that's not to detract from the space but to keep expectations in check for those who expect everything impeccably spotless. Communication was great. The next trip to Louisville I will check availability here first, we would all be happy to stay at Tyler's place again.

We had a very comfortable stay. Very clean and conveniently located near the expressway. The place was stocked with everything we needed. The office upstairs was perfect for working. I would definitely recommend this spot for a work trip or extended stay. The owner was very helpful and pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay in Louisville! The space was cozy, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, we slept great! The bathroom was spotless with great water pressure in the shower. The kitchen was lovely and well-equipped, with a good-sized refrigerator which came in handy. Parking was a little nerve-wracking at first since our car was close to the road, but it ended up being totally fine. The location was also super convenient...just about 15 minutes to downtown and very close to Churchill Downs. The hosts did a fantastic job building and designing the space, and it made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We definitely recommend it!

Prefect location for slugger/ali museum, short drive from baseball stadium & university. We had a great time, hosts responded quickly & everything was detailed and accurate. Highly recommend!

Very good accommodations. The living space appears to be a converted attic and a taller person should be aware of it, but otherwise nicely furnished and decorated - no real complaints. Within a mile walking distance of excellent bars and eateries. Highly recommend "Hauck's" or the "Nachbar."

Very clean and neat space. The view from up top is breath taking. We got to watch the marathon from Saturday morning. Will stay again there.
