Condo vacation rentals in Downtown, Louisville

The apartment was great overall. Getting in is a little complicated as you need three separate codes (outer door, residence floor, and the apartment door), but the instructions from John were extremely clear and helpful. The location is just steps from the Brown Hotel and the parking garage and is walkable to lots of downtown locations. The beds were really comfortable. We would definitely recommend using the white noise machine in the larger bedroom as the street noise from truck deliveries early in the morning can be significant - but this is city noise and it is what it is. The second bedroom does not have any windows, so it's insulated from outside noise. John was also very responsive and helpful when we ran into a parking issue due to an unusual rental car. Communication was excellent overall.

Space was very clean and had everything we needed. Had an issue with the security alarm the first night and Michelle was responsive, sending someone right out to fix it. Would stay here again.

This “penthouse “ was a cozy retreat in the sky! We greatly enjoyed our time here, and the unit had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Louisville. Close to many great restaurants and bars for enjoying bourbon and great food we hope to return soon!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! Check-in was seamless. Clear instructions and super easy access made arrival a breeze. The location is unbeatable, as it is just a short walk or quick ride to Fourth Street Live, KFC Yum! Center, and tons of great restaurants and bars. It also proved to be a perfect launching point for exploring the Bourbon Trail. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well designed. I wish I would have had more time to stay and enjoy it! I’ll definitely be booking here again for a longer visit. If I wasn’t already locked in at another spot, with a group of 15, for the Bourbon & Beyond and Louder Than Life tours, I would have rebooked this place without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Condo was very nice and met all our needs for a few days. Condo is in walking distance to some great restaurants and there is a great coffee shop down on the corner. Only negative is the noise that you can hear from the outside if you are there on a Friday or Saturday night. We stayed on a Thursday and a Friday and the noise was considerably louder on Friday due to some clubs located close by and the increased traffic. However; we did not hold this against John as he cannot control the outside noise. Just be prepared if you are a light sleeper or have small children.

This place is great if you need to be close to events around 4th street. Spacious and good for family groups and the pizza restaurant on the street level is amazing.

Mollie’s place was great and in a super walkable area of town. It was perfect for our weekend on the bourbon trail. It’s not the all time easiest place to navigate too with parking, but Mollie did an amazing job providing a lot of instructions.

John’s place was perfect for our stay in Louisville! Right downtown and close to many restaurant, bars, and more. John was a great host, very communicative, and proactively provided very helpful instructions.

Loved my stay at Trisha’s place! It was clean, very comfortable, lots of amenities and in a great location! Trisha is delightful and responsive!

This was a great stay for a weekend getaway! My wife and I enjoyed being tucked away in this little neighborhood but still close to the action of Louisville. Brooke was very helpful and responsive and willing to go above and beyond to make our first AirBnB stay wonderful! Would recommend to anyone going to Louisville to check out Brooke’s place!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made settling in so much easier. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free stay.

Very nice place in the perfect location.

Perfect place to stay for our golfing / bourbon tour trip! Andy’s condo is steps from 4th Street Live and a short walk to Whiskey Row. We received check-in instructions that afternoon which made getting into the condo a breeze. Everything was as advertised - the condo was nicely appointed and had plenty of space for us. As others have mentioned there are a number of stairs to get up to the unit so please be aware of that. Andy proactively informed us about a problem with the outer lock and gave us an alternate means of entry so we weren’t at all inconvenienced. All in all it was a great place for us to stay in Downtown Louisville. Thanks Andy for your hospitality and making renting your unit a stress-free process!

Fantastic place. Very well appointed with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Dan was a great host who was very responsive. Highly recommend this place and the host.

Nice safe place for the value. Wasn’t a fan of the parking with a large SUV and current remodeling but it was safe and clean. The living area was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean.

For a family-fun filled weekend in Louisville, this was the perfect location!

Immaculate Stay in a Perfect Location! The condominium was spotless upon arrival, and Kristin went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful welcome gift with drinks and snacks. If you have business downtown—whether at the hotels or conference centers—this is the ideal spot. We didn’t move our car once during our stay; everything, including great food options, is within a two-block walk. Super convenient and highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Matt's condo—it was cozy, well-stocked, and instantly felt like home. The guidebook provided was incredibly detailed and helpful, offering clear instructions and great local recommendations. The location is ideal, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and breweries, and just a short drive to downtown or Churchill Downs. The condo itself is super comfortable with plenty of in-house entertainment options including video and board games, streaming services, disco lights, and fast Wi-Fi. Matt was an exceptional host—attentive, communicative from the start, and very accommodating. This place truly deserves five stars, and I’d happily stay here again on my next visit!

Very centrally located near several bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Smells like fresh baked cookies. It is a bit noisy as it’s behind a busy street so expect noise especially on the weekends. This will be my go to spot in Louisville.

I came out to Louisville to visit my sister who was having a baby. This place was super convenient for us since it was so close to the hospital. It was easy to get in and all the rooms were super clean. I definitely would come back to stay again!

We have stayed at a lot of Ari BnBs over the years and this, by far, has been the best. Our truck didn’t fit in the garage however given the excellent communication, we understood that prior to booking and didn’t have any trouble with on street parking right in front of the condo. There are so many walkable bars/restaurants in the neighborhood. The thoughtful touches, wonderful communication with the hosts and overall beauty of this condo make this place stand apart from all the rest. If we ever get a chance to come to Louisville again…we’ll definitely be looking to book here again! Thank you!!!
