Apartment vacation rentals in Downtown, Louisville

We loved staying here. One of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. Very quiet and felt like home away from home. Every question we had Morgan replied immediatly. Would stay here again!

Great place for 2 people to enjoy Louisville. Good location, clean, well-appointed. We would reserve this again without hesitation.

This was our 2nd stay, and again a perfect home base while visiting our friends!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Louisville. The studio apartment was perfect for us. Everything was clean and dust free. All the amenities were easy to use. The off street parking was nice. Conveniently located near downtown. Would highly recommend.

I came to town with my 2 kids to celebrate one of their birthdays and explore a new city. We arrived a little sooner than planned but Michael and Bryce did what they could to accommodate this to get us into the space sooner. Just a quick walk around the block and we were able to find plenty to do. The environment of their spaced paired beautifully with the city itself.

Great stay in the AirBnB, really cool converted loft vibe in the middle of the city. Everything was super clean, they had coffee ready to rock, and I was able to walk anywhere I needed to go with no issues. Would come back for sure.

We had a nice stay. The apartment is huge and the pool table was a big hit. The air conditioning units in each room really helped make it more comfortable as the building doesn’t have central air. They also helped drown out some of the street noise overnight (from cars and planes). Lastly, I think the listing indicates the apartment has 1.5 bathrooms, but there were actually two showers which was a nice surprise.

The co-host Mindy was very helpful with helping us find a parking spot during a bustling Saturday in the hip Nulu neighborhood. We loved the framed art in the apartment and we felt at home. Loved the record player and the complimentary makeup remover wet pads. The chickens in the backyard are cute and friendly. Great location with lots of shops, art galleries and amazing yummy restaurants! Definitely recommend.

Great location. Nicely laid out apartment. Though we didn’t use it much, the kitchen was well stocked; most spices and even some food. They supplied a bottle of wine and some water bottles which was nice. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. Nice closet, comfortable bed. Comfortable furniture in the living area, lamps (not just overhead lights, which is a pet peeve). Ashley was very responsive the few times we reached out, and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. I was a little confused by the Key Cafe which is how you get your key at check in, but probably because I was unfamiliar with it. There is an app which goes with it, but they also supply a code which is easier to use. The building where the apartment is located is very upscale and welcoming. There’s an honor bar for snacks and drinks, a number of businesses in the building, and a pizza place / micro brewery at one end of the building.

This place was perfect for our trip to Louisville. It was right in the heart of the nightlife and a reasonable walk to all that Louisville has to offer while remaining a quiet and clean place to stay. Very comfortable. While the check-in process was a tad complex, Devin and NaKayla explained the entire process in great detail with plenty of notice; they made it super simple! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for place to stay during their trip to Louisville! We would absolutely stay there again!

It was very clean and current. Super neat venue loved the private balcony and the shared roof space.

We had a great stay! Great location to be able to walk to restaurants, bars, Bourbon Row, and 4rth street live. The space was prefect, the closet was great for being able to put all your “stuff” in. The home was cozy and relaxing. We used the hot tub one day and even shot pool one evening after walking back from dinner. The only thing that was difficult to find was the space for parking once you’re in the parking ramp. The number on the spot is pretty worn so we drove past it twice, but If you reread the directions that are sent to you it’s very clear where the spot is.

Oliver was very responsive prior to my booking and all the way through my departure. He offered local places to visit, restaurants, etc. Location is perfect and close to so many places you could really not even have to move your car to have an enjoyable time there. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The place is great for a solo traveler and a couple. The kitchen area had the minimal things you'd need to get moving in the morning, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. With all the places to eat nearby you don't need anything else! Parking was super safe and he offered a parking tag for the street as well. Easy access to the front door and room via keypad and key. Interactions with him were quickly answered and appreciated. Only suggestion I'd offer is to have a dresser to unpack, I traveled solo and live out of a suitcase but others may want to empty their belongings. There was a closet to use to hang clothes. overall, excellent place to stay

It was an awesome stay, everything I needed and it was walkable to most of the bars I wanted to see.

An absolute gem. Exactly as described, and with all the amenities we needed for a visit to Louisville. Devin and NaKayla were responsive to all of our needs, and were quick to reply to our questions. Beautiful apartment and wonderful stay. Looking forward to returning next year.

We had an absolute blast hanging out in the backyard with the fire pit, hot tub, and yard games provided. Movie night in the downstairs 'game room' was wonderful. We hope to stay here again on future trips!

Very nice place to stay. My family and I felt at home. Donald was very nice and communicated very effectively! From start to finish. I have zero complaints!
