Seaside cottage with garage in Devon village

JohnRating, 5 stars6 months ago
The cottage is in a beautiful estate near the estuary and a short walk from the centre of the village. The village has great rating places such as the London Inn,the strand cafe and the Clipper cafe. The Ness pub has lovely views over the estuary. The cottage had a garage that could fit my large suv just ,and parking in the area could be found nearby. A great base for visiting around . Paignton Zoo was especially good as well as Brixham and Cockington . The cottage was warm and cosy and the kitchen was well stocked with what you need. Thank you for a great holiday.

Three bedroom seaside townhouse.

We had a wonderful stay - we were on the island for a mix of pleasure and business, so having a great base was key. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy and the area is ideal. Will almost definitely be back next time we are with a group of this size.

An absolutely stunning property. Julie-Ann and Rich were incredibly welcoming hosts and there were lots of lovely little touches such as the breakfast goodies. The kitchen was superbly equipped and the whole property was very spacious. The linens and towels were really high quality and the beds were super comfortable. The views are incredible and it’s all very peaceful and relaxing. Being there at Christmas was very special with beautiful decorations and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly responsive and caring hosts; a very lovely stay in a very lovely home.

A comfortable two bedroom hideaway in Axmouth

RebeccaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We chose Robert's property because of the location - between two great, dog friendly pubs and close to Lyme Regis. The property itself was just what we wanted. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. There were a few really nice thoughtful extras - the fridge was well stocked, there were little torches next to the bunk beds and some binoculars and a bird spotting book in the back bedroom, a couple of dog towels for muddy paws and some crabbing equipment. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to make basic food although we ate out most of the time. Robert has also taken the time to compile lots of information about the house, local area and things to do in a few clearly labelled folders. It would have been nice to have had Netflix available or some sort of streaming TV, something to consider for those of you with teenagers but we were out most of the time so this wasn't really a problem. I would definitely book Robert's property again. 😊

Cosy Cottage by the Sea, Master Double Bedroom BIG

RaduRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Great place, and one of the most welcoming host I’ve ever encountered. Everything just perfect: 10 minutes walk from centre, very clean, well equipped kitchen, large dining room etc. I’d warmly recommend to anyone would want to spend some quality time in Cowes.
A person sits in a small boat on a clear, calm waterway surrounded by lush greenery. The boat is gently gliding through the water, with vibrant foliage reflecting in the serene surface. Wildlife may be observed in this tranquil setting.

Pond outside your bedroom window.

JoshRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We really loved staying here - our getaways with a toddler + 2 dogs can be stressful, but this was such a great place to stay that it removed all stress. The location was peaceful and quiet, the village itself was small and walkable for the local pub and playground for our daughter. It was easy to drive to local tourist spots and all the roads were fine. The accommodation itself was comfortable and clean and had all we needed. Can’t thank our hosts enough for such a pleasant stay.
A light-filled lounge area is arranged with a comfortable couch and a chair, both featuring soft, neutral tones. A wooden coffee table sits in the center, complemented by a traditional rug. A fireplace adds a cozy element, framed by windows allowing natural light.

The Spanish Boathouse

JimRating, 5 stars45 months ago
Thanks for our stay in the Boathouse. The location is without comparison for the views and being next to the water. The Boathouse is well placed for some great walking as well. We found the boathouse to be very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The only small problem was the wifi which was intermittent with a slow speed. Giles and Shannon gave us a warm and friendly welcome when we arrived, thank you.
