The apartment is located in a pedestrian street which is a recognized pintxos area and meeting point after work. Just in front of the main door there is a gym for those who want to play sports; the beach is at the end of the street for those who want relax and surf; and business travelers are next to the Kursaal Convention Center. Those who come with children have a small park at a 1 minute walk and another park much bigger at a 2 minutes walk. There are 2 nearby supermarkets and 2 parkings.

(Appartement privé, c'est aussi mon lieu d'habitation) En hyper centre de Bayonne, à 2 pas de la mairie et de la cathédrale, accès tous commerces et transports en communs à 2 pas. Rue piétonne, de nombreux parkings sont accessibles. Dans un immeuble ancien , calme et rénové tout récemment. Attention au 4eme étage sans ascenseur , bâtiment classé typiquement basque (On ne peut pas tout avoir !)
