We were super well hosted by Alexandrine. We found a very human, understanding and adorable person! At the listing level, it is a well-located place by the ocean, close to all amenities. The apartment is beautifully located, the view is fantastic and you have your peace there if you want. Go out, you are quickly right on the beach and also at Les Halles and in the center. The beds are comfortable and the laundry smells nice and fresh and dried in the fresh air, I love that very much! You can also do laundry there yourself and cook something delicious in the kitchen. Thank you for the nice and uncomplicated check-in and -out to Mélissa! I would want to stay in this apartment again if I come to Biarritz again.

I had a great weekend at Gaelle's place! The ocean view is beautiful, the apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated and includes everything we needed: shower gel, towels, hair dryer etc. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again to Gaëlle for being responsive!!

Stay that meets our expectations! The residence is quiet and peaceful, with many activities (city park, ping-pong table, tennis courts, swimming pool, etc.). Bike rental at the entrance of the residence is a plus for great rides! The cozy apartment is very nice, the decor is excellent and the cleanliness is impeccable. Very nice postcard view. Chantal welcomed us personally in a very friendly way. The apartment has everything you need. Even in the high season you can always find a good parking space somewhere, usually also in front of the building.

We were very comfortable in the accommodation. It has all amenities. Our dog has really enjoyed the terrace, it is spacious and comfortable to enjoy our breakfasts (for the rest of the meals, we have tasted the local cuisine). Ignacio was attentive to us, he recommended places and places to eat. The parking is closed and easily accessible. I would recommend and return to the accommodation 👌

Jean Marc's apartment is very well equipped. The bedding is of very good quality. The nice little balcony. We can go for a walk in the forest just behind and the beach is very close. Jean Marc is very responsive. We'll be back.

Spacious apartment, very well equipped and perfectly located close to the beach and many activities to discover in the area. We also had the opportunity to chat with Géraldine who gave us some advice on places to visit nearby.

Accommodation located in a private residence, peaceful environment and ideally located 7-8 min walk to shops, restaurants, beach. For those who want to do without a car, nothing is missing nearby. Property we recommend and keep in mind. Thanks Annelyse :)

It's a great place to spend a few days. At the entrance to the Señorío de Bertiz, which is a must-see. Very well located to go both north and south. The apartment is very good for a family, as described. But undoubtedly the best thing is that it is located in a residential development with a (shared) swimming pool, paddle court and frontón. There's even a soccer field right next door. If you go with athletic children, you won't even know you have them. We had a great week, a great stay.

Excellent stay in Gregory's apartment which is close to the beach and Place des Landais, while being quiet. The residence is clean and secure. The apartment was clean, well-equipped. Good quality bedding. Jeannette was lovely and very welcoming. For a weekend of 2 nights to 4, it matched our expectations.

Everything was perfect, check-in and check-out were very comfortable and the apartment is very centrally located.
