excellent host is my second time staying in his apartment and I love it, I will definitely be back a third time....

My first time In San Miguel de Allende was made even better with this beautiful home. I was traveling alone... but enjoyed having so much room. Beautiful courtyard sitting area, bright colorful kitchen, dining and sitting room... with all the comforts of home. There were breakfast treats waiting for me. Charming bedroom, bathroom... and even a full laundry room. Excellent wifi and tv service... although I stayed so busy in town (a short walk away) it wasn't much needed. The view from the rooftop patio is breathtaking. I drank my coffee up there several mornings... watching the hummingbirds buzz around. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Can't wait to get back soon. Thank you Brigham and Lynn.

Melissa’s place is fabulous! It looks exactly like the pictures! I loved the art in the apartment and as a dog lover myself I really appreciate the love they’ve shown to their late dog. The place is extremely clean, modern and it has everything you need for a great stay. Melissa was a great host, easy to communicate with and flexible with our check in and check out. The location is great: close to the main square and rosewood hotel and there is a convenience store two doors down. I would highly recommend her place for anybody looking to stay in San Miguel.

We stayed for a month in this apartment and felt that it was perfect for us. The location is ideal for access to everything. There are a lot of stairs to the unit so a person with mobility issues might prefer a unit on the lower level. We cooked every day and had all of the needed items. The blender was a definite perk! And the view from the rooftop is spectacular. Highly recommend this accommodation!

We traveled with another couple and Hugo's place was perfect! Casa de Los Chiquiados has multiple units and we stayed in the "Topaz" unit which is a 2 bedroom unit and it's perfect for 2 couples because it's spacious and each couple has their own restroom and it feels as if you were in your own unit. It has a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable seating area. The entire complex has a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The entire unit is very beautifully decorated with lots of Mexican art. The beds are very comfortable and the entire unit is spotless. You will not see a speck of dust. If you need any clean towels or would like your bed changed while you are there, Rosa who has worked there for over 10 years is always around to help. They have a beautiful terrace that is shared with the other guests but we never saw anyone else up there. Hugo's place is at a walkable distance to the main plaza but yet far enough from the noise of the main plaza. We will definitely be coming back!

Stacey’s place is beautiful, convenient, and well-appointed. It had tons of space, was close to the town center if we wanted to go out to eat, and close to the mercado and a cute little neighborhood grocery if we wanted to cook. There are lovely outdoor spaces upstairs and downstairs for lounging; everyone in our party of six was very comfortable and happy in the space. Stacey herself was extremely accommodating and helpful both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Daniela's place is very nice, it is located in a safe residential development with all the amenities, very close to downtown, but far enough from the hustle and bustle, the apartment is really nice, it feels like arriving at the home of a good friend who thought of all the details so that you can spend days off without lacking anything. Daniela's attention to make your stay comfortable and her kindness stand out. I will definitely be back :)

The house is very spacious, very affordable for what it offers in terms of space and amenities. As shown in the pictures, if you visit this house you will have a very nice time with your family.

We stayed here last year and returned again this year. The house is very comfortable. Marta(housekeeper) is a gem and does a great job. Vani greats you at check in and is an excellent communicator. The house sits high above San Miguel and the covered terrace is expansive, cool and relaxing. Inside, the kitchen is well equipped for the chef and the living room is comfortable. The house is quiet away from the sounds of traffic, barking dogs & fireworks. Just outside the house are the steps that lead you to town. The bottom of the steps is a large park (Juarez) and the centro is just a short walk. We explored the city in the day and returned in a taxi(80 pesos) to the house in the evening where we enjoyed a good nights sleep. We stayed in May, the hottest month in San Miguel. The house is well ventilated, screen doors, windows & fans circulated the air and we were never hot. This is an excellent house and the owner truly cares for the comfort of their guest. Many thanks!

We loved our stay at Aurelio's house. From the beginning, Aurelio was a very responsible and attentive host. The house is simply beautiful: everything was impeccably clean, and details like the floors, terraces and fountain make it truly special. We brought a car but didn't use it at all, as the location is unbeatable: everything is within walking distance. The house is super central, which made it very comfortable to explore the area on foot every day. Don't miss the craft market, it's a local gem! Thank you Aurelio and Rafa for everything. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

Beautiful views from the rooftop decks! Home is centrally located and walkable to all the sights and restaurants of SMA. Guillermo was extremely kind and responsive and answered any questions we had within 10 minutes via the app. He was very accommodating! Would recommend bringing your own shampoos and soaps as those were not available.

We went as a family for the weekend and we were surprised by the size of its spaces, it is literally huge and very cool. The attention of the host and Mary was also exceptional 10/10

Highly recommended to stay here. ☺️ Everything was perfect and as a plus, they have a restaurant in the subdivision where you can eat very well.

Excellent house as it appears in the description. Alberto and Luis answer at all times they are super attentive and the house is clean, beautiful and in a nice area. Everything excellent will definitely be back.

Communication with the owners was a breeze and check-in simple. Chris was there to greet and walk us through things. On-site laundry is a plus. The shower hot water was a treat after daily walks and the bed is super comfortable. Although there is no air conditioning, the fans and open windows provided for a very comfortable visit and sleep. The accommodations are great and they even left behind fruits and essentials to make it all the more convenient (and the bottled water was much appreciated). The location is perfect with close proximity to city center with plenty of local sites, restaurants, bars, and shops. We especially loved the property roof-top area for lounging and be sure to check out the roof-top restaurants around town - incredible views. Check-out was just as simple. Thank you for permitting us to use your wonderful place.

Yulia's place is modern clean and exceptionally taken care of by Carmen her house manager. As good or better than pictures. Very walkable to the plaza or park or City Market. 2 dollar ride to most places in city , abot 5 to farthest place you would go . Very clean and safe city lots to do. Is in a private enclave of 8 units very safe. Yulia is easy to reach. Enjoy

Great place to stay, I’m from San Miguel but my house is still under renovation. Have stayed a couple of times at his place and it’s super peaceful, great for me because I work from home, internet is fast. Also very short walking distance to main square, restaurants, bars, market, close to everything necessary.
