Stayed at Miri’s lovely place for a wedding in San Miguel de Allende with a party of 16 adults. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of space to get ready for the wedding events and nice beds to come home to after a night of dancing! The location is superb with easy access to the center of town, and the rooftop has amazing views. I really appreciated how communicative and flexible Miri was throughout our trip. Thank you, Miri!

Great place with a reasonable price

The house is beautiful, super peaceful, Enrique and his wife are super helpful and friendly, they make you feel at home and the place is awesome.

This house was Awesome! Michael greeted us even though we arrived very late due to some flight complications. Michael was also very responsive to our requests and was more than willing to help with some general questions about the town. The house was also very clean and the staff who came in daily were also very sweet. We had them make us some breakfast on a few occasions and it was exceptional. Would highly recommend and will likely stay here on our next trip to San Miguel.

Great Location-great rooftop-be ready for stairs! Traveled solo to visit SMA after years away, and visit local friends. Mariana’s place was perfect for me, centrally located, good value, great rooftop view! Location is perfect for walking everywhere. Was a bit concerned about the busy thoroughfare street, but with windows closed at night after the traffic subsided (around 9:30pm during the weekdays, a little later weekends), got quieter. I am more sound than light sensitive so I still wore earplugs at night, which I advise if you are also sound sensitive (I still slept well!). Because the casa is pretty narrow in width, the rooms are spread out across 3 floors plus the 4th floor rooftop, so that means moving between floors on stairs a lot. You’ll adjust after a couple days. Fresh water dispenser was welcome. No A/C but floor fans worked. Just be mindful, you will be climbing the stairs a lot so not advisable for mobility challenged. This was our favorite place we’ve stayed in Mexico. We were here for 2.5 months with our dogs and it was absolutely perfect. Laura is incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. She was super accommodating and just lovely. We loved the loft room bc it was so easy to pass things to each other. The AC was a huge plus too. The kitchen was huge too! We cooked many good meals here. The neighborhood is quiet and very authentic, lots of locals. We were honestly sad to leave. If we return to San Miguel De Allende I will absolutely stay here!

This house is beautiful, spacious, more beautiful than the photos, the area is very quiet, ideal for resting, the pool is impeccable and the water is at a good temperature all the time. It has everything you need to feel at home, it even has baby furniture, I took my 1 year old baby, and there was even a high chair, excellent service. And it has a very nice view. I would definitely come back. And Fabian is always very attentive and with excellent communication.

This apartment is truly outstanding-spotlessly clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. The terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, and the apartment comes equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. Guests also have access to a heated communal pool, ideal for relaxing. The property is situated outside the city center, only a few minutes away by car, within a secure gated community that offers 24-hour security. The host was welcoming and always easy to communicate with, making the entire experience enjoyable.

Excellent house as it appears in the description. Alberto and Luis answer at all times they are super attentive and the house is clean, beautiful and in a nice area. Everything excellent will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a girls trip and the home exceeded my expectations and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ginny’s home felt extremely spacious and we had plenty of room even with our large group. I loved the location, we were easily able to walk to several spots and the view was even better! The home fit right in to the city with its beautiful architecture and interesting art throughout. We did have some issues with the WiFi being very spotty and some of the rooms did get pretty warm during the day but there were plenty of fans. I would definitely recommend staying here for your visit!

Absolutely beautiful home with gorgeous views. Great home for a large group. Very safe area with security. Very near attractions and near fantastic grocery stores but not walkable. Very responsive hosts easy to reach by phone.

Very quiet and private place, very close to the center, the house has everything you need for a nice stay! Always attentive to us! 10000% recommended!

The check-in and check-out times are conflicting, especially the check-out, since it forces you to be with your luggage all day, as it is 10:00 am, while anywhere else it is at least 12:00 Otherwise, it's a very nice place to stay.

From start to finish, Alexis was a super host. I absolutely recommend it. I loved the place, the cleanliness, the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Thank you very much because we had a great time.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay in this peaceful and beautiful home. We loved the neighborhood, it was quiet but friendly, had several little grocery stores nearby plus a tortilla shop, meat shop and fruit and vegetable shop. We met a few ex pat neighbors who were also very friendly. We walked to the centro every day, an easy downhill 20-25 minute walk and then took a taxi back for the uphill climb in the heat of the afternoon. The home and garden made us especially love just hanging out when we got back from our daily adventures. Sitting down outside in the shade with a mojito garnished with a lime from the tree in the garden was delightful. A few but not many mosquitoes, no worse than home. Enrique was so helpful and fun, we were good friends by the end of our 8 days. He drove us to many places that we wanted to visit (pay the taxi rate) and suggested nearby restaurants and shops. I am a folk artist and loved all the wonderful art. I would highly recommend this home.

This was an amazing experience! Thoroughly enjoyed the roof garden - the space was beautiful, the bed luxurious and the neighborhood is sweet and peaceful. Rafa is an incredible and charming host who is so knowledgeable of all things San Miguel. Adriana our co host was super helpful and very responsive to our questions/messages. And Maria the house manager was amazing. Looking forward to staying here again soon! P.S. the team offers an amazing service of providing breakfast which was delicious P.S.S this is the prefect stay when you really want to pamper yourself
